When you go on a Candida Diet, it’s hard enough that you have to restrict or eliminate certain foods, but dealing with candida die-off can make the whole situation miserable.

It’s important to know how best to deal with yeast die-off so you can manage symptoms and get to the root of the problem without giving up.

Candida Die-off

Yeast die-off is something that I personally dealt with, and yes, it was bad. So bad, that I almost gave up in the midst of my candida cleanse.

Candida overgrowth is bad news and it needs to be dealt with. However, if the cleanse effects are too intense, like me, you might be tempted to stop–and then you’ll be right back where you started.

So let’s talk about candida die-off symptoms and learn how to deal with them, so you can tackle this beast that is candida and win without knocking yourself out in the process!

What Is Candida

First, let’s briefly touch on what candida is.

Candida is a common name for the fungus candida albicans. This fungus is present in everyone to some extent, but when it grows out of control, it becomes a problem. Candida is thought to be responsible for female yeast infections, thrush, some breast infections, skin eruptions, nail fungus, and more.

Candida is fed by sugar and carbohydrates. And this makes sense, because candida is a yeast, and we all know how yeast grows when you add sugar to it, right? Think about what happens to yeast when baking bread—Poof. It grows.

When candida grows too much you have candida overgrowth. The candida is thought to even become invasive, digging into intestinal walls, leading to leaky gut and more.

Candida Epidemic

It seems clear to me that we have an epidemic of candida going on as people eat way too many sugars and refined carbohydrates. In fact, all carbs feed candida, but some are worse offenders than others. For example, sugar feeds candida more than sweet potatoes due to the higher glycemic load.

Evidence (and possibly part of the cause) of the candida epidemic is the huge amount of advertisements for vaginal itching and yeast infections. Clearly, tons of women are dealing with this issue (why else would the drug makers spend that much money on all of those commercials and ads?), they are told to take drugs to deal with it, but no one is talking about how to get rid of the problem. Couple that with the horrid diet in most of the Western world, and you’ve got a mess.

Add to that the fact that apparently the anti-fungals meds cause the fungus to mutate, making it harder to fight, so the infections just get worse and worse.

Candida is not something to mess around with. It can be just an itch and some other discomfort, but when it gets really bad it can affect one’s daily life and candida can even cause death.

Yeah, really–it can be that bad.

What is Candida Die-Off

Candida Die-off is an example of what is known as a Herxheimer reaction. The Herxheimer Reaction is really a Jarisch-Herxheimer Reaction, discovered by 2 dermatologists who saw reactions related to the treatment of syphylis treated with mercury.

It’s thought to be symptoms of toxins being released by dying organisms, hence the name “die-off.”

When you reduce candida’s food (starches) and try to kill it off, the candida fungus dies, releasing toxins into the body. And toxins are, well–Toxic! So your body gets flooded with toxins and gets overwhelmed.

Hence, you don’t feel well. You can get all kinds of symptoms from candida die-off, and they aren’t pleasant, so let’s learn what they are and how to manage them.

Green Poop?

When I finally had my “come to Jesus” moment about my candida situation and started on my sugar-free life, I read up on the candida diet and decided to plunge in. I was so desperate for healing–I had a lot of itching, brain fog, anxiety, insomnia, and more.

I was ready for change.

The Candida diet program that I decided to go with was on the Whole Approach site. {Side note: I’m not sure about the whole program, or what else might have been going on with me, since I ended up feeling worse after doing the protocol, but just wanted you all to know that. It might have been that going too low carb messed with my thyroid as mentioned in this post about my thyroid blood work improving.)

The program recommended about 1/2 cup of gluten-free grains or starchy vegetables at each meal. Well, I figured that if eating 1/2 cup of grains or starchy vegetables at each meal was going to help me, then none would help me even more.

BIG MISTAKE.

I had candida die-off like you wouldn’t believe.

Sorry for the TMI, but I had lots and lots of gas, abdominal distress, and even GREEN STOOLS. I distinctly remember sitting on the sofa and looking up conditions associated with green stool and well, some of them weren’t things I wanted to face.

Turns out it was all just really bad candida die-off, and my green stool was candida die-off stool. Nice, huh?

I guess I had one nasty candida infection.

Yeah, sugar and I aren’t friends any longer.

How Long Does Candida Die Off Last?

How long candida die off lasts will depend typically on how severe your situation is, but also on how fast your body can deal with the situation. Typically it might last anywhere from 2-10 days.

How to Manage Candida Die-Off

Some people think that having a lot of candida die-off symptoms is a sign that you are doing the right thing. Others, however, think that the die-off means that you are putting too much stress on your system and that you will, in effect, jeopardize overall healing.  I tend to think the truth is somewhere in the middle.

It’s good to know that things are moving in the right direction, but too much stress is not good for your body.

There are a number of things you can do to minimize die-off symptoms and help your body deal with the elimination of candida toxins more effectively.

Limit Anti-fungals

If you’re taking anti-fungals (like oregano oil, capryllic acid, or other recommended supplements, etc.) to speed up the removal of candida, just back off a bit. Of course, consult with your practitioner before making changes to your anything that they prescribed.

Don’t Go Cold Turkey

But do avoid traditionally-sweetened treats. Try cycling in healthy carbs in the afternoon and evening meals.  There is quite a bit of research showing this is beneficial for your adrenals and thyroid too.

Improve Liver Health

Since the liver filters all kinds of toxins, taking care of your liver during times of detox is crucial. Die-off stresses your liver, so take care to support yours as much as possible.

Drink More Water

Water helps flush out toxins.
Drink lots of it and while you’re at it, please be sure to read how to make tap water safe.

Reduce Probiotic Consumption

Probiotics compete with the bad guys. That’s a good thing but slowing down the process can help manage die-off.

If you have histamine intolerance, low-histamine probiotics are a better choice to make.

Eat Less of These Foods

Since the symptoms are the result of too much candida dying, you don’t need to add more fuel to the fire. Backing off foods that fight candida for a bit can help by letting your liver and your whole body catch up.

Take a Break

Rest rejuvenates. This will also allow your body to deal with the stress of die-off by taking time to rest.

Take Toxin Binders

There are a lot of products that you can use to bind up the mycotoxins that are thought by some to be released when candida dies (and also when it’s alive) (source and source). One powerful option is zeolite. I had an amazing experience with liquid zeolite highlighted in this post on heavy metal toxicity.

Activated Charcoal is another good one to consider. One of my practitioners recommended taking Yin Chiao Jin to help minimize die-off symptoms. Personally I think the first two options are best.

Eat More Fermented Foods

Fermented foods have beneficial bacteria that help deal with inflammation and they help process waste products. This Easy Homemade Sauerkraut is a great one to keep in your kitchen at all times.

Stay Regular!

If you are at all “stopped up” while addressing candida, your body won’t be able to remove toxins from your gut. Do whatever you can to stay regular. You can try things like magnesium, taking vitamin C to bowel tolerance, or enemas.

Strata Flora is a fantastic probiotic blend that almost always helps us “go” :).

Bring on the Heat

Do anything you can, from a walk to some rebounding, to sitting in a sauna.

Gentle exercising is best since besides releasing toxins through sweating you also will stimulate the lymphatic system.

Breathe Deeply

Deep breathing brings more oxygen into your cells and boosts the immune system. In–out. In–out…

Try Some C

Vitamin C boosts the immune system and helps support your body during times of stress. We really like this Sodium Ascorbate. This Adrenal Cocktail is loaded with vitamin c and would be a great think to sip on all day while dealing with candida die-off.

Increase Antioxidants

Antioxidants help your body deal with the oxidative stress and increase of toxicity in your body from candida-die off. Juicing is one great option as is increasing your intake of most of these superfoods.

Special Mushrooms Can Help

Adaptogens help your body handle stressors better. There are many kinds of adaptogens–some of which are mushrooms. Typically mushrooms are a no-no on the candida diet, but medicinal ones are considered to be fine. This company is my go-to for adaptogenic mushrooms.

Conclusion

The best way to avoid candida die-off is basically to not get candida in the first place. However, since you are reading this post, I’m assuming that you, or someone you know, already has it. Sorry about that. I know it’s rough.

So the next best thing to do is to not go full force into the candida diet, or at least include SOME carbs into your candida diet when you do change up your eating. Basically, don’t do what I did.

Go ahead and attack the candida, but not too hard.

And remember–Eat. Some. Carbs.

  1. Hello,
I am currently taking Caprin as recommended by my nutritionist for intestinal candida. I am experiencing terrible sleep issues, mostly not being able to fall asleep for a couple of hours. I have tried over the counter sleep aid, chamomile tea and essential oils. Do you have any suggestions?
    Thank you,
    Peggy

  2. Hi Adrienne. Great compilation! I’m using your site to get heal a persistent vaginal yeast infection after some broadspectrum antibiotics. I just wanted to ask you whether you have any advice on what skincare to use for the body, especially for the vagina and around it. I have a good handle on the itchiness as I religiously balance triple warmer and liver meridian, but the skin needs some extra care and it feels like as if coconut oil isn’t nourishing enough. Thank you very much!

    1. Hello Katharina! Thanks so much! I’m so glad you are working on your health! As for skincare, I did reach out for you and got a number of responses from general public and NPs and MDs. Some thought no washing is a good idea and that you should check w/ your MD about this b/c you could be better off not doing it.

Others said that they had done well w/ some natural products from The Honey Pot Company. One said water only and a tiny amount of a good clean soap only.

Others commented that they really liked some products from Beautycounter, which I work with. I will provide some links to those. Everyone said nothing w/ artificial fragrances.

This Charcoal Bar is a clean soap.

      Hope that is helpful!

      1. Hi Adrienne that was fast. Actually, I am medically supervised and so far not one medication works. Not even the really strong ones. I’m pretty sure I’m resistant to the medication and since I started working so much on my energies, my body doesn’t tolerate it well anymore. I got some pretty horrible vaginal douches from my doctor and lacto mousse, sth containing lactobacillus (would be great) and petroleum and paraffin. So I’m using Dr Bonner and that works fine. I’m more interested in what cream to use afterwards. Thank you very much. ?

        1. Hi again! I’m not a fan of Bronner’s for a few reasons but it is clean as far as being non toxic. I know that castile technically doesn’t clean that well, or at least I have heard that. I think the companies that I mentioned have some good cream options – I don’t know the other companies well, but for Beautycounter, this Balm is super clean re: ingredients and many love it.

          Hope that helps!

  3. Hello, hope you are well.
I started the candida diet last month. I was feeling better for a while then I started to develop thrush symptoms to foods gradually as I continued my diet so I don’t know what is happening. I don’t remember what I did prior to starting the diet I was starting to get worse and WORSE to foods I normally had including wheat. Then I decided to give the diet a try. Three weeks into my diet I got thrush symptoms to salmon fish (which I didn’t have before I started the diet).
I am on the diet and having broccoli, eggs, buckwheat, lettuce, radish, spinach) alongside probiotic capsules and I take some form of antifungal (pau darco, clove tea, ACV).
So I take antifungal in morning then I have probiotic 1h later before eating buckwheat. Then I get flare ups which I don’t understand is it the antifungal or the food I am reacting to?
It started with quinoa then eggs and now salmon fish and I honestly don’t understand what is happening. I started to breakout since the diet started. I wake up with thrush down there and it annoys me. I searched everywhere and no one has what I have. I am crying for help. I don’t have funds to visit naturopath. I am losing weight ridiculously and my ribcage is popping out with clothes on. I want this thing to work and change my life. I haven’t cheated once my cravings aren’t there but I miss foods cus now I am limited to foods above. I cannot have coconut oil/butter/fatty foods, I always get white heads when I have oily foods like avocados, hemp seeds, almonds, it feels like my body doesn’t like that and I get thrush symptoms and I have flare ups to s. dermatitis. I also find echinacea tea gives me patchy skin (flare) I used to drink before I started the diet and my thrush was under control but it comes back if I stop. Now when I have it I actually got thrush symptoms once then I stopped.
Recently I took oregano and I was fine I then had food and I got thrush symptoms again! Is the candida growing to foods I eat after antifungal?

I am baffled and is my body reacting to this diet or is it affecting my candida in growth or halting it’s growth?

Any thoughts is HIGHLY APPRECIATED?? Thank you!!!

P.s. I have IBS, seb dermatitis, v.candidadiases, rhinitis, bad breath, itchy ears (drainage in morning) and get flare ups to oily fatty acid foods I mentioned above.

    1. Hello there. I’m so sorry that it took me forever to respond. I sadly can’t medically advise – have you gotten any help? I can tell you that I completely understand being confused about what is causing what–sometimes testing helps and sometimes you just need to keep working on making your body stronger so that the reacting stops–sometimes that helps. I had something recently that I thought was candida but it was a B vitamin deficiency!

Hope you have gotten some answers. I’m at adrienne@wholenewmom dot com if you’d like to connect. Hopefully you are doing better!

  4. Hi,
I appreciate your article. I have been struggling with diahrea, dizziness, heart palpatations, foggy brain, and tiredness. If I take a probiotic it makes the diahrea worse. So you are saying that fermented veggies are safe and okay? Also, what blood test did you request to see if you have candida? And what carbs specifically could you tolerate? Potatoes, or so called gluten free grains? Sweet potatoes? Pumpkin? Oatmeal or oat bran cereal?

    Thank you

    1. Hi there. I’m sorry but I can’t medically advise. Fermented veggies are not necessarily safe or OK for someone. In fact, they can cause issues for some people as it outlined in this post: https://wholenewmom.com/health-concerns/histamine-allergies-causes-histamine-intolerance/

I don’t know what blood test but I can tell you that my tests were falsely negative in the past and so were my son’s.

Different people have different thoughts on what and how much one can tolerate but for me going off too much at once wasn’t smart. Hope that helps!

  5. Not a very helpful article in my opinion. Also, can you site a source that candida produces mycotoxins? False info.

    1. Hello Jim — can you please tell me what you felt wasn’t helpful?

I am going to put some links in the post for you now about the mycotoxins. Let me know what you think. Seems that of course there hasn’t been a ton of research into it but there is some.

  6. Hi Adrienne,
Does Candida effect ur blood levels and serum Iron levels. Everytime I get blood tests done the fatigue becomes unbearable. I never use to have this problem. I’ve given up sugar a year ago. I seem to be chasing my tail. People whr all comment g about all the weight I lost. I went on v strict candida diet. I read iron feeds it but if my iron keeps dropping what choices have I got. I immediately feel better but my ferritin level seems to be climbing more so I’m wondering if that is due to inflammation. My Folate and B12 level also keeps dropping. Could you please give me your oponion,

    Regards Linda.

    1. Sorry but I can’t give out medical advice. I will say that our bodies are a connected organism so one thing can affect another even when it seems to be unlikely. I hope you can feel better soon. So many are dealing with inflammation.

  7. Hi Adrienne,

I am also experiencing die off symptoms of headaches, fatigue, stomachaches and YELLOW WATERY STOOL(diarrhea)! What bothers me is the colour of the stool as I googled that yellow poop is not normal for adults. May I know how long did your green stool last? Was it watery like mine? Appreciate your reply!

    1. Hi there. Sorry you are dealing with this. I don’t recall how long it was but maybe 1-2 weeks? I don’t recall it being watery. I would recommend contacting your doctor to get some guidance on this. Hope it goes well for you.

    2. Hello,

I have the same yellow watery stool and it is now around 2 weeks . How long did it stop for you and back to normal ?

      1. Hi Tanya,
If you are asking me, my diarrhea lasted for around 3 weeks. It was a horrifying process, but I did get better after that. Hope this helps, cheers!

  8. I have been doing the candida detox for 10 months and I still feel horrible. I have tried changing things, decreasing, etc and nothing works. Releasing a lot of worms though. So I know the cleanse is working. I hope I make it through it. I know it can take some people years to remove it all. I am ready to go home honestly, but God wont take me. Being in chronic pain and fatigue everyday is not a very fun life. Thank you for the info!

    1. I’m so sorry about this! There is a candida course kickoff going on right now that I sent out a newsletter about. I can send you an email about it.

    2. I am dealing with candida too can we talk my name is kay (phone number removed by blog owner) thank you for the time

      1. Hi Kay, Sorry but I didn’t think you’d want your phone number public. Let me know if that’s not correct.

  9. Dear: Adrienne I wish there were more people like you and yes” your right people eat way to much surgar this is why there are so many people that are ill with all kinds of diseases and also many people are suffering I feel with over growth of Candida I also have a over growth of Candida which I have been battling for along time I have had many surgerys so I had so many prescriptions for antibiotics ever since the age of 8 because I was hit by a car and my spleen was removed and my gallbladder at a later time in my life was removed at age 46 and then again had more antibiotics to make a long story short I had 11 surgerys yes” so it was t easy ven though my diet was very good and just last year I was close to death because of a servere bought of Candida over growth so I must always stay on a strict diet I just wanted to say to you Adrienne I thank God for good people like you. Sincerely, Carolann oh” ps: I will be purchasing your recesapy book

    1. Hi there–so sorry you are dealing with all of this!! Glad you are here and thanks for the kind words. I’m reaching out w/ info about a free candida webinar.

Also I don’t have a recipe book for purchase..do you mean the free one? I do hope to have some available soon! I have a 1 month one but it needs some fixing up :).

  10. For a long long time I have suspected that I had a problem with candida but was diagnosed with it (through a blood test) a few weeks ago. I have been doing the candida diet+IC diet (I have severe interstitial cystitis)+pescatarian diet+elimination of food allergies+Rx anti-fungals…needless to say, it’s been ROUGH! My die-off symptoms have been terrible (hot flashes, weakness, extreme fatigue, mental problems, worse constipation & more)! After a 1 1/2 weeks of misery I decided I HAD to add back a little bit of carbs (no refined sugar tho’) or I wasn’t going to make it (I felt like my body was being ‘poisoned’ every day.) I do feel *a little bit* better now. My carb intake is still nothing compared to what it had been & for me is much lower. I want so badly to feel better (especially to heal my bladder) I greatly appreciate blogs & info like yours to help me find solutions and to just simply ‘keep trying’. Hugs & Thanks again!

    1. You can definitely heal your interstitial cysistis . Check out Montreal Healthy Girl on YouTube. She healed herself from this terrible condition.

  11. Hi, I started taking a clove of crushed raw garlic in extra virgin olive oil yesterday. Today I woke up with really bad dizziness and everything spinning. Do you think I’m allergic to garlic or it’s die off. Thanks!

    1. Hi there. I have heard that dizziness can be a symptom of die off but this sounds severe to me. I would recommend contacting your doctor and being very careful about using garlic again or using this much–or perhaps something else is going on. Have you eaten garlic before?

  12. It’s been a battle. 12 years ago I did protein only with probiotics for 30 days and slowly vegetable carbs. I tolerated it very well. I felted great for 2 1/2 years. Slowly my issues returned. Currently treating again. Can not tolerate protein only this time. My Doctor set up a regimen of holistic products and I already live nearly sugar free and I’m GF do not much exposure to processed carbs. Still after 6 months I still have antibodies to 3 strains of candidia. Ugg. I’ve just finished 30 days of diflucan. Watching food intake, increasing exercise, trying to keep stress down. This current flare up is the result of physical stress on my body with the injuries as a result of being hit at 50mph while that driver was reading a text! SHE cost me my carrier and reduced my quality of life. Fighting candidia is just the cherry on top!!!!!

    1. Hello there. Sorry for the delay in responding. It is a hard battle for sure. I just added some information about a course that I think would be of interest to you. Hope you can find some relief and yes, stress is a big factor as well.

      1. I am going through a detox right now. I have tried everything. The best thing that helped me finally start getting candida out of my system was lots of essential oils during the day internally and caprylic acid at night. Also drinking molecular hydrogen water. And unfortunately green stools happen during the detox

  13. Thanks for posting this 🙂 I have been trying to get onto a protocol for 9 months and each time I’ve been thwarted by terrible die-off symptoms. Each practitioner I speak to wants me to cut carbs out altogether, but I can just feel that carb-free diets aren’t doing me any good – even without die-off they have always made me feel unwell and run down.

It’s really good to know there are other people out there trying to tackle it without going totally carb free.

    1. You are so welcome. I don’t think it makes sense to remove all carbs–I am doing more research into this. I hope to have more insights soon. I hope you continue to heal!

    1. I’m sorry but I don’t know. I haven’t ever had it. I know that other candida symptoms can get worse so it’s possible I would think.

  14. How do I find out if I have Candida? I crave sweets & carbs, have brain fog, lack energy, don’t sleep well, have abdominal bloating, etc. I could assume I have it, follow the treatment and see if my symptoms improve. What do you think? I don’t have insurance.

  15. Hi:) thanks for posting the Candida die off information. Very timely for us:) our son has had type one diabetes for 8 years since age 12 and is now 21. Well- even after managing his chronic condition Day and nights – and doing a fantastic job with all his -A1c reports – he still ends up with candida ! So we have been eating a certain way seeing a functional dr and was taking herbs to kill it and strong probiotics like 225!! Etc… well— after two weeks – his mind was crazy – brain fog – anxiety- depression and weak limbs ! We stopped ! Now we have to start back up slowly slowly ! As you said you don’t want to give up you want to get it under control! He is eating meat veggies and he has to have sugar when he goes low!:(( he will slowly incorporate his protocol back with the help of the doctor. I think eating is the biggest pay off – it takes time for most !!! When you said eat- carbs- what are good carbs ? I know veggies 🙂 but on type of. Wing type one diabetic- he has also given up gluten completely now for months and will not go back! He has t had food intollerance symptoms – but tested for them and he shouldn’t have gluten . His main symptom of this candida diagnosis – was constant mucous in throat which led him to asthma like symptoms when he tried to play soccer – which he has always played competitively with no breathing issues ever! Then we realized he dosent have new allergies – it’s Candida! He has a white coating on tongue – he had sleep and mood issues! It can just keep getting worse and complicated – everyone should keep Candida in check and YES sugar is so so bad ! Thanks for listening to me ramble! I appreciate you sharing knowledge!! Blessings !

    1. Hi there. Good carbs would be unrefined but w/ the candida diet most people would eat something like beans, sweet potatoes, green apple, or berries. Some gluten free grains would be an option typically as well.

Thanks for the kind words and please do stick around — I’m doing a lot more research into other products and even into a different approach to candida. Blessings! If you would like to sign up for updates you can do so here: https://wholenewmom.com/10-things-you-need-to-know-about-essential-oils-before-you-buy/

      Take care!

  16. Hi! Can you clarify what you mean by “vaccine damaged” (in reference to your friends kids)

    Thanks!

    1. Hi there. Their children’s behavior deteriorated right after getting a series of vaccines. I can ask for more information if you’d like.

  17. This is an interesting article. I would just like to give a big warning regarding candida: I battled candida for two years straight. As it turned out, I had type 2 diabetes, which, my doctor told me, caused the candida. I had a great protocol, which I felt was working against the candida, went to a doctor for knee pain that I had suffered for, well, about two years…hummm….. t2D or candida, either way, causes inflammation, massive weight loss without trying, ( I lost 50 # in two months without trying) and a host of other issues. So, if you have had candida for any length of time, and it just won’t go away, please, get checked out for type 2 diabetes!
I now have my blood sugar mostly in control without the meds, by going on a specific diet which has really helped my glucose numbers. (First, I DID go on the meds to get my blood sugar back down from the 500’s. I took them for almost two years and was under 180 all the time. So, if you do have t2D, then try the meds first to get it under control before you try going off the meds..diabetes can be very serious!) This diet has worked for me, to get my numbers down into the 130 range without taking any medications at all.

      1. Mary Ann. That being said, if you are looking to drop weight, one thing you might wish to check out is this. I am working with a company that has a very reputable 10 Day Program. You can take a look at it here. My husband is going to do it soon. https://ishoppurium.com/products/10-day-transformation?variant=53100784277 You can use code wholenewmom to get the greater of $50 or 25% off your order.

I can’t say you would lose 50 pounds without trying (actually I think that’s clearly an indication of a medical concern that needs to be evaluated) but I can say that the program has great reviews and a 60 day money back guarantee.

Hope that is helpful information. I’ll be sharing my husband’s results when he’s done.

  18. In my recent journey trying to get rid of yeast and BV (and the resulting stomach upset from antibiotics), my homeopath recommended 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in water daily. She had recently read a study about baking soda’s affect on the immune system (sorry, I can’t quote the study; I don’t remember the name). It appears to have calmed my stomach and possibly gotten rid of the rest of my gyno issues.

  19. I couldn’t breathe. I was inhaling and nebulizing albuterol more than I was breathing oxygen. I remembered reading that Candida could get in your lungs so I went on a very low carb diet and took a Candida cleaning product. One week later I could breathe again. The die-off wasn’t fun but breathing is good. Sugar will kill You!!

    1. Can you find out the candida cleaning g product?
I just got back lab results and have candida in my lugs and I’m sure throughout my body. I want to do a whole body cleanse, detox, rebute. Any suggestions?

      1. Hi Lyn. There are a lot of candida cleansing products. Some work better than others. This Candida Reduction Pack just came out from one of my favorite companies, Purium. You can try it out by using code wholenewmom to get the greater of $50 or 25% off your first order of $75 or more and then 15-25% off in the future. And they have a great return policy as well.

        https://ishoppurium.com/products/candida-reduction-pack

        I hope that is helpful.
