You’ve come to the right place.

Essential Oil Bottles from a variety of companies | Which Essential Oils Company is Best?

Essential oils are all the rage these days.  People say that they can do everything from being a natural ear infection remedy, to helping with weight loss, to healing eczema, and more.

I’ve written various posts on essential oils in which I talked about:

Hopefully you can tell by those posts that I’m a skeptic at heart and pretty detailed when it comes to sorting through all the information out there to find out what really works.  In fact, many of my readers and friends have called me an “investigative reporter” of sorts.

My husband says that I “second guess everything.”

In one sense, second guessing is a good thing.  I’ve saved our family a lot of money by avoiding problematic purchases.

But sometimes I can go overboard and spend way too much time analyzing a product or purchase.  (Kind of like driving all over town to save a few pennies.  Not smart, especially as I saw gas at $4.11/gallon coming home from church last night. Big sigh.)

When trying to sort out this issue about which essential oils company is best, I tried not to be too analytical at first, and simply used what worked.  But then, things changed.

Wondering What the Best Essential Oils Company Is? I was wondering the same thing after I first started using them. So many companies say that theirs are the best, so who are you to believe? Come find out what I learned when I started asking questions. Things got a little dicey, and you'll probably be surprised by my conclusion.

The Search for the Best Essential Oil

In the Are Essential Oils a Scam? – A Skeptic Looks at Thieves Oil, I shared how I held off trying really any essential oils at all for years before trying Thieves® from Young Living.

Truth be told, I did have a few old bottles of essential oils in my linen closet.  One bottle each of orange, eucalyptus, melaleuca (tea tree) oil, and rose oil, which I bought for topical use to brighten up my laundry [ended up never using it] and for my Homemade Chest Rub and Homemade Rose Water Spray.

This time around, before buying the Thieves oil and signing up as a Young Living Distributor, I dug around a little, but not too much.

I asked about all the rumors surrounding Gary Young, the founder of Young Living and I also asked some questions about purity of essential oils.

I got some satisfactory answers and was pretty amazed at how well the Thieves oil had worked. And I was thrilled to have great resources in my natural health care arsenal.

I mean, who wants to put more toxins in your body if you don’t have to, right?

However, after my post on Young Living’s Thieves and the other oils (Wintergreen and Peppermint, etc.), a number of readers started asking me about other oil companies. And so I too started wondering.

At first, I thought, “This stuff works great, and I’m pretty worn out right now, so I am just going to leave this alone and not start digging for more information”

But the “investigative reporter” in me just couldn’t leave. it. alone.

So I started poking around.

Today I’m sharing with you the beginning of my investigation.

Other Essential Oils Companies

There were some essential oils companies that I knew of, and some that a few readers recommended to me.

One of my readers was a doTERRA rep who said I really should check out their company to see how it measured up to Young Living.

Little did I know what lay ahead of me.

I started out with just a small list of companies, but the list quickly grew as the series went on and as more and more readers commented and as I went down more and more rabbit trails.

I think you’ll find the whole thing interesting and I hope you’ll learn a thing or two about essential oils and the companies that sell them.

The Competitors:

(UPDATE:  A lot changed after I started this series. Please follow the links at the bottom of this post to see how interesting everything got  – you can hop on over to read Part 2 of “The Best Essential Oils” here.

To start off, following are the essential oils companies that were “on my radar” and so I started with these, wondering if I should stick with Young Living or switch to another company to be my family’s “best essential oils company” of choice

This is not an exhaustive list as there are a TON of essential oils companies out there.  After writing this series I felt like I really opened a can of worms, but these are the companies that I started with.

Hang with me – it gets pretty interesting from here on out.

IMPORTANT UPDATE

I’m updating this post years later to add important information. I do not have all of the information in this series on why I didn’t choose certain companies so I would appreciate you not accusing me of coming to silly conclusions. I have gotten threatening emails (some of them were cryptic threats), and have been warned about being sued if I published certain things.

My family is important to me and while I don’t like to succumb to this kind of bullying, I have to weigh the cost of all of this. I am trying to be as upfront as I can about my decisions. Just know that what you are reading here is not the whole story. Not at all.

The Challenge

Following are some of the companies that I looked into.

1. Young Living Oils

I first tried Young Living when I thought that essential oils were a scam. I used them for a while and since I wanted to get as many savings as possible on the oils, I purchased monthly, took advantage of discounts, and stocked up quite a bit.

2. doTERRA Oils

Just before starting this series, several of my readers told me that I should really look into doTERRA as well, before making a hard and fast decision about which company to go with long term. So, I signed up with doTERRA as well. Follow along and you will see what happened next.

3.  Mountain Rose Herbs

I like Mountain Rose Herbs’ mission and have a few bottles of their oils.  When I contacted them they told me that they did not recommend internal use of their oils as they were not produced in a food-grade facility.

Much later (after this whole series was done) I contacted them again and they said that this was not the case.  The company also told me several times at later dates that they didn’t test their oils but trusted their sources.

4. Butterfly Express

This seemed like a good company to check out, but I ran into quite a bit of trouble getting information from them. When I called to ask them a number of questions, I was able to get some information, but then I was told that they didn’t have time to talk with me.

5.  Native American Nutritionals (now Rocky Mountain Oils)

When I first contacted this company, I thought that their prices seemed a little high for a company that wasn’t an MLM, but the more I talked to them the more interesting it all got.

You’ll have to read more in the series to see what happened with this company….

THE VERDICT:  Probable high quality with no apparent earnings opportunity.   Need to check into this company more.

6. North American Herb and Spice

From all I could figure out, this is a great company.

However, all they make is oregano oil.

So if you just want oregano oil, then this is a good place to turn.

THE VERDICT:  Oregano is a pretty amazing oil, but I want more than just that in my natural healing arsenal.

7.  Aura Cacia

I personally have a number of Aura Cacia oils that I bought prior to really digging into oils.  I can’t say anything except for my personal experience which is that they don’t smell as potent as some of the other oils that I have.

I do like the company but for now, I’m not choosing to get my oils from them.   That being said, I think that they have a lot of great information about oils and their use.

Well, this is a long enough post already – thanks for sticking with me!

Onto the other competitors in the next post and see what happens!

A Great Essential Oils Book for Your Library

There are so many books out there on essential oils, that it’s hard to know what to buy.  I have a bunch, but this one, The Encyclopedia of Essential Oils, is a fantastic choice. It’s very highly recommended by many aromatherapists.

I Recommend
Encyclopedia of Essential Oils

Encyclopedia of Essential Oils

This is one of the bestselling essential oils books of all time with information on plant origins, therapeutic uses, folk traditions, and more of 165 oils. Great for everyone from beginners to experienced aromatherapists.

At the bottom of each of my posts in this series are books or other kinds of products that I love that relate to essential oils.

  1. I want to know more about using essetiual oils for health. I definitely want to know what company is the best.

  2. link deleted by blog owner

Elizabeth Van Buren oils are the ONLY oils safe enough to ingest and use as a direct inhailant. Read about her and her process please please please educate yourself!!!!!! Especially if you are dealing with larger illnesses such as a cancer or auto-immune issues these are the only ones that don’t have trace amounts of crap in them. I also love her wellness blends for health.

    1. So are you saying that Elizabeth Van Buren’s oils are the only pure oils on the market? If not, what makes them the only safe ones?

  3. The FDA does not recommended the use of any oils internally or topically. No oil company should be recommending their oils for this purpose.

    1. Hi and thanks for reading. So what do you make, then, of the FDA approving internal use labels for some companies?

    2. Wrong, Young Living’s Vitality Line IS FDA approved for Internal use!!!! They are classed as a dietary supplement.

      1. Terry, this is a function of the FDA rules – that it is merely labeled as such. My understanding is that YL pursued this labeling b/c the FDA only allows a label to have 2 functions on it and the company’s other labels had aromatherapy and topical use on them so the company couldn’t have “internal use” on it as well. The FDA is not saying that they think it’s OK to use these particular oils internally. Essential oils have been used in foods for a long time and that is all that this label means.

Just b/c the FDA has said something is labeled as able to be used in a certain way doesn’t mean that they have tested a product re: what is actually in there or isn’t in there and they don’t do ongoing testing either as far as I know. It’s interesting that many who are touting the FDA label on such oils are the same people who are angry about the FDA approving drugs that have known dangerous side effects.

Basically, saying that something is approved for use is different than recommending it for that use.

        1. It would appear the FDA will approce things when it suits them. Does anyone really know what is in their prescribed drugs

          1. Approve as in putting a new drug on the market and put a different kind of label on is a different thing.

    3. If you want to get well, don’t go by anything the FDA says. They are known to repress anything that may improve your health. The big Pharma pay their saleries.

  4. I read your article and non explained which oil was better ? Which one was healthier, which one was organic or non .. only about customer service ? Especially a long page to ad like this , I thoight it would have better answeres . I was still left confused which produce to buy… I don’t care about customer service unless I do have a question to ask .. I care about the product I’m purchasing .

  5. Hi Adrienne. Enjoyed reading your blog and all the information you provide on purhasing and using essential. A friend of mine recommended an Essential Oils Company named “Honeycomb Industries.” Are you familiar with this company, if so, is there anything I should know about this company? Thanks in advance for your response.

  6. Ok. Alot to “chew on”. (OVERLOAD follows, beware!) Interesting as this is, the topic I was investigating & also what I typed into the search field of my “INBOX DOLLARS” search bar. See, I am a penny pinch-er myself & while using the INBOX DOLLARS search bar certainly isn’t making me a rich gal, every penny helps, right? What I typed into the search was: ” “Now®” Brand essential oil company”. The first two subject lines on that search were from “NOW®” & yours was #3, in case you wondered. I am on that almighty search, too, on oils that won’t kill, maim or poison any living soul. So as a near non-believer, I read your “The Great Essential Oils Showdown”, thank you for that, more info to “swallow”, pun intended. Now I know less than I did before I read this article. Don’t get me wrong, this is very informational, probably parts of this is what I should have been researching!
My eldest son got me a “YOUNG LIVING™” Diffuser as a gift, this past year for Christmas. But, it wasn’t ONLY a diffuser & probably not the kinds we mostly think of, you know, nowadays we can pick one or two “diffusers” up at any Dollar store or the like. Or, as an awesome gift & for a smellier (or in a finer scent)version, so to say & so I thought, with the extravagant style of bottle & six or so reeds * & a marketable name that we’ve all heard of, seen & taken a whiff of at a friends’ home or in a local shop. No. This is an air freshener of the future, as I often refer to it as. This diffuser plugs into an outlet, filled partially with water & an essential oil….plug ‘er in and WOW it literally blew me away! My diffuser lights up which is cool, a pretty blue or you can opt out of the light by a push of a button. Funny thing, once I had all the working parts together, plugged in, filled up (there is a “fill to” line inside the base), I turned it on & a funky vapor pored out of the top like a smoking volcano. But this isn’t heated by any means, they explain that- way better than I. Also, it’s able to sense when the water mixture is gone because *THANK YOU* it shuts off all on it’s own. I was way into this for these past four months, leaving the other items that came with the diffuser until a gal pal of mine happened to have one herself, also a gift from Christmas. She told me that her daughter had these recipes for ointments, rubs & butters (oh my 😉 ). While at her home, she gave me a small jar of a cream/butter that she made, all by herself, with a few drops of lavender & frankincense in the mixture. Oh–my GOD, I hit the giant “O” of creams! That jar lasted about a week, thus leading me to either ask her for more, or the sensible thing, ask for the recipe, silly gal! Four ingredients. Plus a few drops of lavender……. I MADE this wonderful slathery ooey gooey creamy buttery batch! Me, who hasn’t moved many muscles in the past *cough* few……..days.

Anyhow that got my brain working, maybe a combo of the diffuser & state of being after a good slathe of my own concoction, I thought I might make other scents/flavors & I happened to have a NOW® bottle of lemon eucalyptus oil left over from last summer when I had made a spray potion for my kids who were camping. This spray was targeted for ticks, ‘skeeter’s, no-see-um’s (the littler bugs that are barely there, an old Vermont quip). I had read that using the lemon & eucalyptus was good, so I wanted to make a small batch of butter w/ those two oils. Off I ran to get the magnifying glass to read the fine print copied from the bottle: Aroma: Citronella-like. Benefits: clarifying, cleansing, invigorating..mixes well with: thyme lavender rosemary & lemon oil. Cool, okay so then I read: CAUTION:… keep out of reach of children, pregnant gals & NOT for internal use. Do not use on skin. Reacts strongly to sunlight & other sources of uv………. Heart, sank, mood, went into the tanks. Thus, my afternoon spent here writing what you all can read for yourselves, for Pete’s sake! All I wanted to know what this: COULD I lose a limb or worse yet, my life or a family member/friend’s for using a few drops of this oil??
So I shall gallop off, or use my slow as a turtle’s pace to seek the answer from NOW® site, as I probably should have done initially. Instead I reel off a couple paragraphs in search of my grail, my own fountain of “me”. I loved your page & the conversation so I felt at ease, I suppose I needed to add my ever precious two ¢’s!!

Proof here is: that no matter how OLD I am or feel, I still am useful, still can DO things that surprise me & my family & friends, and YES, I can be creative! I HAVE created & am nearly tempted to purchase small containers (have used medicine bottles, lol lol!!) if I can’t find enough makeshift jars from family & friends. Hmm

*that are placed IN the bottle, absorb & give off whatever scent that came in the pkg.

  7. Hi Adrienne. Thanks for all your hard work in researching EO companies. What are your thoughts on NOW brand? I am seriously considering buying EO from this company. Their price point is one deciding factor for me. I also plan on purchasing RMO as well.

  8. So what is the biggest difference in RMO and Doterra? I am confused by your article? Thank you

      1. Yes doterra is a big hype !mixing that many aromatherapy oils together at one time is not the recommendatkon of any legit licensed aromatherapist ! They are also ridiculously overpriced in my opinion ….do your research and blend your own! Research your oils too ! Fractionated coconut oil ? Really ?

          1. fractionated is simply means the long chain fatty acids have been removed. it doesn´t change the quality of the virgin oil at all. it simply makes it liquid so it can be used more readily in applications calling for a liquefied oil (like a facial oil, for example.) The lauric acid is removed, but the medium chain fatty acids and the healthy anti oxidants are all still present.

(I´m a HUGE skeptic about the use of EOs for everything under the sun, and understand why you sometimes need FCO.)

  9. It looks so funny when people talk about “great-company-names” and forget to find right companies. In EU there are few compay (France, Italy and Holland) that produce TOP quality oils, 100% natural and BIO at the half price of the “great-company-names”. I could sale 1lt of Orange from Sicily at 100/120€. I said 1000ml when some companies sale 15ml at 10/15$. Are you serious?

    1. tell me more about those comanies in Europe, I am in Europe and indeed on thembut I am not sure which brand to choose

  10. I’m really surprised no one seems to be talking about Plant Therapy. They work closely with Robert Tisserand (he developed an entire kidsafe line of oil synergy blends for them) and they have tremendous transparency as to their oils. They do rigorous tests on all batches of oils and send them for 3rd party testing. The info is available to customers. They are reasonably priced and high quality (way better than aura cacia for sure). They also have OUTSTANDING customer service.
Additionally, safety is Plant Therapy’s number one priority and I have seen them pull products that were preordered because the batch testing wasn’t up to snuff – they lost money on it for sure and still sent gifts to anyone who had preordered to apologize but they would rather get it right than make a buck. They have certified aromatherapists on staff to answer questions and run a Facebook group monitored by the aromatherapists where people can share recipes and ask questions. It is carefully monitored to ensure only safe usage guidelines are used. They are an incredible resource for newbies or anyone who isn’t a certified aromatherapist or naturopath. They’re the only EO company I trust at this point. Also not only are they affordable but they frequently have promotional codes available to get further discounts and you earn points with each purchase that add up to dollars to redeem off future purchases. You can earn further cash back through apps like BeFrugal (7.5%) or Ebates (I think 3%).

I don’t see a downside but for some reason they get overlooked because the MLM companies are so popular do to the marketing strategy. I don’t trust the MLM’s one bit – not when they advocate neat oil usage or ingesting oils.

    That’s my rambling 2 cents.

    1. Thank you for this post. My doctor told me about them and that I should start using them. I was so lost with all the company’s selling them out there. I asked my friends about which ones they used and no one said anything about this company. I really want to use oils but didn’t just want to spend all of that crazy money. I am now going to order from this company. Sometimes the little companies are better.

    2. I agree with Emily. I have recently just started buying essential oils. I have probably purchased about 40 different oils from Plant Therapy online. They come well packaged, arrive quickly and appear to have a fantastic website. All the oils I have purchased say they’re pure oils, some are organic and my husband and I have found much relief from our aches and pains. I have started mixing oils and sharing them with family, friends and co-workers. Everyone is loving the simple pain relief solution and asking if I can find something for this or that. So I have really been doing a lot of reading and happened upon your blog. (I think this is a blog/article) which I find very interesting. Thank you for all the time you must have put into researching for this. I can imagine how exhausting it could be and your sharing what you learned is so appreciated. I too wonder why Plant Therapy hasn’t been mentioned although I will read more and hopefully I will see your thoughts on them. Thank you again. Oh and by the way, I love your writing style because even though I am reading it, I feel like you’re having a personal conversation and talking to me. You’re awesome!

  11. HI,I was dyeing to know about doterra and edens garden. You did not finish all 7 you said you speaking about. Was there a reason? I know your trying to be careful as not upset some companies but the hunt for good oils are crazy. I am a doterra user but they don’t always carry certain ones I want. I want the next high quality oil to choose from. it takes so many hours of reading.

    1. Hi there. As you go through the series you should see my thoughts on several companies. It got very very confusing as time went on and is moreso now w/ so many companies on the market. I am writing more now. The following should be of help:

      https://wholenewmom.com/health-concerns/toxic-overload-health-concerns/essential-oils-testing-is-it-reliable/

      https://wholenewmom.com/10-things-you-need-to-know-about-essential-oils-before-you-buy/

      https://wholenewmom.com/health-concerns/essential-oil-purity-myths/

GC/MS batch testing is a must and every test should have a chemist’s signature on it as well.

  12. Hi there,

These are interesting reads for sure. I wish it was just easy and there was one awesome great oil out there. Its so nice to use something different than always taking over the counter or prescriptions. I have only used DoTerra. My friend sells and I am on the LRP program meaning I get oils every month, she makes money and it racks up points that I could later use for free products. I go through her for all my questions and concerns plus other doterra reps or clients, Just wish they werent so expense considering there are others out there that are cheaper. If I were to ask YL reps they say to go through there products. I do like the essential oils for diffusing them in the home and the ones I go to always are Lavendar, Vetiver calming blends (which I swear when I apply this to my two year old son on the bottoms of he feet he sleeps better at night) Frankincense for skin and inflammation, wild Orange and Peppermint to diffuse, they jump start my mornings. I love the smell of both of those. I also love cilantro, rosemary, basil, oregano, (and you really only need a finger tip of this to add to recipes. Meaning the food oils are great to have because they last you a long time. As if you buy fresh cilantro or rosemary or basil leaves etc.. there like 5 dollars a container and die fast if not used.. However I could go on and on. I haven’t tried other oils because I keep being told that DoTerra is the best they are CPTG and so on. I was curious if any one new about of, or used Plant Therapy Oils? They seem to be way less in cost.
I also don’t completely understand the process of these oils but it also its strange to think that if they are the best why are they distilled 1,2,3, times and complete? Is that why they are marketed the best?? Ugh I love these but could I do with out them? I hate the cost of them all the time.. I also would rather use OnGaurd for cleaning and getting rid of germs especially because I do have a child. So … what are others thinking?? Thank you

    1. This post might be of interest to you:

      https://wholenewmom.com/health-concerns/essential-oil-purity-myths/

As for the 3 distillations, that speaks to that one oil. I didn’t ask about the other ones. If a company is selling ylang complete and saying it’s the best, with oils ylang extra is considered to be the most valuable. That doesn’t mean that their ylang ylang complete isn’t a good oil but it isn’t as prized.

      I hope that helps.

    2. Hi Charlotte I read your post and would like to see if I could help you, I have a link *link deleted by blog owner* you can look at some essential oils with outstanding prices. When you get to the essential oils click on read more this will give you information on our product. To view some pricing click the link at the bottom of the page that says *link deleted by blog owner*. We have many other products also. Please let me know how I can assist you.

      1. Hello Erwin.

Thanks for reading. However, please do kindly refrain from posting your marketing links on my site so as to take advantage of my platform (that I earned with tons of work) to try to make some sales. Additionally, Melaleuca has artificial colors and fragrances in their products. Are you aware of this and does this concern you?

        1. First let me apologize to you it was not my intention to disrespect you or your platform my ontent was to offer assistance.

          1. I completely understand. I left a link like that once before on another site before I realized what I was doing. I appreciate the apology – thanks!

        2. Good morning your information concerning the oils got my attention,
After checking with product development there are no artificial coloring or fragrances in our essential oils. Just wanted to share that with you have a good day.

          1. Hi Erwin. My comment was about other products in the line. It makes me wonder when a company puts unnecessary things like that in their products. I even had a rep commenting on my blog that the fragrances weren’t artificial – that they were essential oils blended together to smell like natural things (like an apple). That’s just silly. Thanks for checking. I would love to know what you think.

            1. Good morning Adrienne,
I am aware that there are fragrances in some of the four to five hundred products that the company carries. For me the plus is that the products do not have the harsh chemicals like the formaldehydes, chlorine and other harsh chemicals that harm our health and the environment.

              Have a good day

  13. young living, do terra, and nature’s sunshine are all distilled by the same company.
also do terra is just a break off from young living.

  14. I have used edens essential oils and they r great … little more expensive.. but as the saying goes u get what pay for… not always so .. read the purity if and if it’s distilled … it depends on what you’re looking for and what you’re using it for…

  15. Awesome post. I have yet to read your other posts linked within each of the preceeding comments.

I totally agree with you about finding out if an essential oil company has done GC/MS testing on its oils, as well as having it available with the chemist’s signature(s). Since I started making my own blends, these tests have become very important for me. Not only do they provide the chemical components of the oils so I can blend them synergistically, but I also have become very aware of the importance of SHELF LIFE. Some of my oils have lost their “therapuetic properties” from having them too long. (So I use them for scent or for cleaning.).

Now I make sure an EO company has the GC/MS with signature and date, as well as the availabilty to view and/or download it, ALONG with the BATCH DATES of when the EOs were distilled, cold-pressed, etc. The other day I was going to purchase some more Rosemary (rosemarinus officinalis ct. camphor) from one of several companies I like (Aromatics International), but their recent batch date of that EO was not appropriate for me ONLY because I know how much Rosemary I use in a certain time period. As well, I had enough leftover Rosemary EO to wait for a new batch. However, if I had no Rosemary EO left, I would have purchased it right away from this company as I use Rosemary EOs regularly.

I have also found it very important to know how the EO was extracted. Sometimes I need distilled over cold-pressed or vice-versa. There are other extraction processes, but I’m still learning. I know there is one particular extraction process that does contain what’s considered “toxic” and if I can find the correct word, I’ll update my comment.

Regarding the companies you list here, I will check them out. I do know that Native American Nutritionals, whom I used to buy from regularly, has now become Rocky Mountain Oils. They do have nice blends and well-priced oils, as well as great sales and rewards. My only complaint is that you have to check the BATCH NUMBER AFTER you purchase the oil. The number is on the bottom of the oil. You just go to their website, find the GC/MS page, plug in the number of the oil you’re interested in, and up pops the GC/MS test results. I’m hoping they just switch over to listing the test results along with each batch extracted with the dates of extraction and testing. Aromatics International does this. I also think Stillpoint Aromatics does this. The last I looked at YL, I couldn’t find this information. In fact, I was shocked I didn’t find lots of specific information given that their reps seem to tout that they are, “THE BEST.”. I almost purchased from them because a friend of mine swears by them. I needed the information I mentioned above, I didn’t see it on their site, I then looked at their prices and took my business elsewhere. (Sorry if I have offended any YL purchasers.).

The EO industry has certainly become almost vicious in some aspects. It’s really sad. I’ve experienced people becoming very vicious in claiming their company is Number 1. Also, when Dr. Eric Zielinski held an Essential Oil Summit last year, he asked if attendees would respect his choice to not have it Brand-Specific. He felt that not only were there many good EO companies out there for people to FREELY choose from, but also that he just simply wanted to have guests speak about the amazing benefits of EOs in general and for specific ailments, benefits, etc. Well, I couldn’t believe some of the cruel posts I read when attending that summit. OMGoodness! So whenever people ask me what EO company is the best, I always tell them they need to do their own research but look for key aspects that are very important before purchasing EOs. Some of that I’ve listed above.

Finally, my personal favorites FOR NOW, are Aromatics International, Stillpoint Aromatics, Florihana (they have their own USA website and have some EOs in stock at Tropical Traditions), Rocky Mountain Oils and Mountain Rose Herbs. Again, I’m going to check out the other companies you list here.

Oh, before I go, some other great resources for EOs are Robert Tisserand and Andrea Butje from Aromahead Institute. Andrea has lots of great videos on YouTube if anyone is interested. I’d be interested in knowing other resources that are out there.

    Thanks for letting me share.

P.S. I am most assuredly in no way HONESTLY not affiliated with any of the above people and/or companies. These are just my FAVES for now, as the EO industry and learning about EOs is always changing.

    Peace!!!

  16. What are your thoughts on Nature’s Truth essential oil? They’re $4.99 at Aldi’s this week!

    1. Hi there and sorry for the late response. I would look at the following and go from there. I can’t tell if they have 3rd party testing.

GC/MS batch testing is a must and every test should have a chemist’s signature on it as well. I have more posts coming out hopefully soon so stay tuned!

      Hope that helps.

  17. Please forgive me if I have overly odes your results on the other brands, but I would love to have your opinion on Edens Garden and NOW brand oils…. thank you in advance.
