Christmas means Christmas Cookies for sure, but did you know it's possible to enjoy loads of cookies without all the refined sugar? In the interest of celebrating the season while staying on track with your healthy eating goals, I put together this list of Healthy Christmas Cookies that I'm sure you will love!
And why not give some of these to others this year? Your friends and loved ones can get a double blessing–knowing you care about them but also know that healthy eating can truly taste great!

Honestly, there were so many great healthy cookie recipes to choose from, I started another collection to share.
Now you really have no excuse to make this year's sweet selection one that will not add on the pounds so easily.
With these wonderful healthy Christmas cookies (and a few other treats included) you and your loved ones can indulge a bit with a little less “food guilt.”
I've put in low carb options too so if you're on a low carb diet they can work for you too.

This post is such a fabulous resource, especially for anyone with special diet requirements – so many yummy cookies!
Remember, cookies contain sugar and too much sugar is bad for your mental health. Too much sugar in ones diet is a common cause for psychosis.
I always recommend other sweeteners b/c I am concerned about sugar as well.
