32 Grain-Free Valentine’s Desserts You’ll Swoon Over

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and that means loads of chocolate and sweets galore.
To help you avoid the temptation to dive into sugar laden treats, I’ve rounded up an amazing grouping of Healthy Valentine’s Treats from some of my blogger friends. All of them are refined sugar-free and all are grain-free too.
I know that some of you might need substitutions for some of the ingredients.
Since I’m on a candida diet, I need to use low carb sweeteners like stevia, xylitol and sometimes erythritol. Here is my guide to How to Use Stevia. Otherwise, xylitol can be used 1:1 for regular sugar and coconut sugar has a much lower glycemic index than regular sugar so that’s a better lower carb option as well.
You can use my Homemade Chocolate Chips or White Chocolate Chips instead of the store-bought kind to lower the carbs even farther.
Are you avoiding dairy? Use my Easiest Coconut Milk or Easiest Almond Milk as a sub for milk and make it a little thicker as a substitute for cream.
Most of these recipes do not call for eggs, but a few do. Some of them will be harder to make a substitute, but you could try either a flax or gelatin egg, or my Powdered Egg Replacer. This post on how to make a flax egg should be helpful if you want to go in that direction.
Now on with the fabulous creations that I am sure you will be just dying to make!
