Gluten-Free Christmas Cookies — Low-Carb options

Christmas can be tough if you're avoiding gluten, but with these Gluten-free Christmas Cookies, it's so much easier!
In fact, most of the cookies in this post are Grain-free Christmas Cookies too, so if you're off of grains, or limiting them, you're in luck.

And since we're watching carbs, I'm giving low carb options for as many of the cookies as possible and AIP options where possible.
Whether it's Christmas or not, you can enjoy these delicious Gluten-Free Christmas Cookies all year round. They're Santa approved, and they're a great healthier option to take to your cookies swaps too.

Egg Nog Cookies (gluten-free, keto, paleo)
