Gluten-Free Christmas Cookies – low-carb options

What’s better than Christmas Cookies? Healthy Christmas cookies, that’s what. And in our house, that means Gluten-free Christmas Cookies and this post is full of them.
In fact, most of the cookies in this post are Grain-free Christmas Cookies too, so if you’re off of grains, or limiting them, you’re in luck.
And since we’re watching carbs, I’m giving low carb options for as many of the cookies as possible and AIP options where possible.
Whether it’s Christmas or not, you can enjoy these delicious Gluten-Free Christmas Cookies all year round. They’re Santa approved, and they’re a great healthier option to take to your cookies swaps too.

Gluten-Free Christmas Cookies
Egg Nog Cookies (gluten-free, keto, paleo)
These Eggnog Cookies are great made either the gluten-free or the keto way.
Just a little bit of glaze, so they’re not too sweet!
Sugar-free Buckeyes
These Sugar-free Buckeyes are sure to make every chocolate and peanut butter lover smile!
Pumpkin Snickerdoodles (gluten-free, vegan, grain-free)
These Pumpkin Snickerdoodles are great in the original gluten-free version,
but if you’re grain-free or low-carb, I’ve included an option for that in the post too!
Grain-Free Chocolate Chunk Cookies
For low carb, substitute a low-carb sweetener and use low-carb chocolate chips or my Homemade Chocolate Chips.
Paleo Sugar Cookies
For low carb, substitute a low-carb sweetener, and if you’re really strict low carb, omit the tapioca.
Keto Snowball Cookies
Grain-Free Chocolate Crinkles
For low carb, substitute a low-carb sweetener and use almond flour instead of cassava flour.
Pumpkin Pecan Cookies
A great combination of pumpkin, spices, and pecans for a healthy treat.
No-Bake Coconut Delights
If you’re in a hurry, there’s almost no faster cookie to make than these no bake coconut cookies.
They’re a knock off of popular raw cookies you can find in most health food stores.

Oh my goodness there are so many fun Christmas cookies in this collection. How to choose?! Those PB Blossoms remind me of the ones I used to make with my grandma. I love baking holiday cookies, so it will be fun to go through and choose some special ones to make with my littles.
