Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup powdered low-carb sweetener (see Recipe Notes for alternatives)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients (including optional vanilla and salt, if using) in a small bowl.
  • Whisk to combine.
  • Store at room temperature.
  • Shake or stir gently before using.

Notes

  • Melt coconut oil over very low heat to avoid lumps.
  • Powdered sweetener works best for a smooth texture.
  • Allulose creates a softer, more fudge-like shell.
