Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coriander
  • 2 teaspoons amchur
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon black salt (optional)
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon Kashmiri chili (or paprika)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 pinch ajwain (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl or jar.
  • Mix well.
  • Store in an airtight container.
