Measuring Strawberries: Measure a heaping cup of berries for each cup.
Blender Notes: If you use a high powered blender like a Vitamix or Blendtec, your strawberry lemonade will be foamy in appearance. I personally LOVE this.
Strawberries: You can use fresh or frozen strawberries. If using frozen, the resulting drink will, of course, be colder and more "foamy."
Sweeteners: Any sweetener can work for this recipe. If you're not low-carb, honey is great as well. For honey, you'd want to use about 1/2 cup.
Low-carb sweeteners like xylitol, erythritol, allulose, or an erythritol/monk blend also work well.
When using alternative sweeteners, blending 2 or more together can result in a better taste. More on that in this post about stevia taste.
