3-Ingredient Strawberry Sage Popsicles

These 3-Ingredient Homemade Strawberry Popsicles are a refreshing treat with an added special ingredient--sage!

  • 25 oz strawberries (700g; 3 generous cups) (have them be hulled and whole)
  • 3 Tbsp fresh sage leaves (torn)
  • 2 cups water (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp honey (optional; or to taste)


  • Combine all ingredients in blender, process until smooth.
  • Taste test for sweetness and keep in mind that the sage taste will mellow as it freezes.
  • Pour into popsicle molds like these and freeze until solid. Enjoy!
