Add the juice of ½ of a lemon (1 tablespoon of lemon juice) to the blended mixture. Stir well.
Fill the popsicle molds half way with berries.
Pour the Berry Complex Mixture over the berries to fill.
Freeze until solid. About 5 hours for large popsicles.
Notes
For the AIP option for this recipe use another fruit powder because the powder that I used contains some non AIP foods.
Berry Powder Alternative: You could also use juice instead of the powders and water, or 2 cups Cranberry Juice or this Homemade Cranberry Juice if you'd like.
