  • 2 avocados
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 small red onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional, but use fresh and not dried - see Recipe Notes)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)


  • Place all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Stir to incorporate.
  • Serve with chips or other "dippers" appropriate to your diet.
