How to make sugar-free

Place cashews in a container and let them soak for 3-6 hours. Drain. Place nuts in a blender. Add enough filtered water to cover the nuts.

Add maple syrup or other sweetener and spices to the blender. Blend thoroughly. Store safely in refrigerator 4-5 days.

Add 2-3 tablespoons to your favorite coffee or tea!
