1 1/3 cups flour

How to Make Pat in Pan Pie Crust

Mix flour and salt. Blend oil and milk in a separate bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and combine. 

Place dough in pie plate. Press dough firmly into the bottom and up the sides. 

Fill the crust and bake or prebake the crust until golden brown.
