How to Make Homemade Cream of Rice Cereal

Grind rice coarsely in a blender or coffee grinder.

Heat liquid to a slow boil. Add rice gradually, stirring while adding. Cover and simmer 5-15 minutes, until thickened.

Stir occasionally while the cereal is cooking. Add more liquid if needed. Serve with desired toppings!
