Chocolate Coconut Bars from The Nourished Caveman

No subs needed here, but I would use my Easiest Coconut Milk for the cream. I think it should work.

Grain-Free Peanut Butter Pie from Texanerin

Well, I was drooling over this when I saw it earlier this week.
And I still am now.
I'd make this with Homemade Almond Butter or Homemade Sunflower Butter, and I would use vegan cream cheese.
And a lower carb something for the crust.  Maybe a different dried fruit or ground chia with some liquid and sweetener.

Grain-Free Jam-Filled Thumbprint Cookies (V) from Delicious Obsessions

We've made these cookies several times this week already.

Blondie Bars from Simply 123 Allergy-Free

YUM! I would use my Homemade Chocolate Chips and a low carb sweetener for these.
Plus either my Powdered Egg Replacer or a flax or chia egg.

Can't wait to see what you all have to share!
