Christmas means Christmas Cookies for sure, but did you know it’s possible to enjoy loads of cookies without all the refined sugar? In the interest of celebrating the season while staying on track with your healthy eating goals, I put together this list of Healthy Christmas Cookies that I’m sure you will love!
And why not give some of these to others this year? Your friends and loved ones can get a double blessing–knowing you care about them but also know that healthy eating can truly taste great!
Honestly, there were so many great healthy cookie recipes to choose from, I started another collection to share.
Now you really have no excuse to make this year’s sweet selection one that will not add on the pounds so easily.
With these wonderful healthy Christmas cookies (and a few other treats included) you and your loved ones can indulge a bit with a little less “food guilt.”
I’ve put in low carb options too so if you’re on a low carb diet they can work for you too.

Keto Snowball Cookies
Soft Pumpkin Cookies (vegan with gluten and sugar-free options)
A little drizzle of my Homemade Chocolate / Carob Chips would make them just right.
We think they taste amazingly like Enjoy Life brand boxed cookies :-)!
Coconut Cream Shortbread
These cookies remind me of the traditional peanut butter cookies but made with coconut cream.
Use my Homemade Coconut Butter for these! For low carb, use almond flour and a low carb sweetener.
White Chocolate Pumpkin Truffles
These look amazing!
My Homemade Liquid Stevia Drops would work great in these.
Peanut Butter Cookies (gluten free & vegan)
Of course, any nut or seed butter will work. Check out my post on Homemade Nut or Seed Butter.
For low carb, use almond flour for the flour, coconut oil for the applesauce and a low carb sweetener.
No-Bake Coconut Cookies (sugar free, vegan, and grain free)
These cookies/candies–whatever you wish to call them–are just incredible. I can’t keep them in our house long after they are made.
And they are super simple and oven-free, which will be great when the summer months roll around.
Real-Deal Chocolate Chip Cookies
For those who love chocolate chippers, these are a much healthier version! You can even use my Homemade Chocolate / Carob Chips for these.
For low carb, use a low carb sweetener and low carb chocolate chips.

These Bons Bons look delicious. These are pretty low carb already, but to make them lower use xylitol for the coconut sugar and coconut shreds in place of the oatmeal.
