How to De-gas Beans
We used to be vegans (mainly because I thought meat was gross, and caused heart attacks, and because beans were cheaper.
I've since learned a lot about meat that has caused us to add it to our diets, but we still eat quite a lot of beans…like in my Indian Lentils, Super Savory Hummus, and Fast Bean Dip, but we have no–ahem-tooting issues due to the info in this post.  Enjoy!

I'd love to hear if one of these posts was one of your favorites.

    Speak Your Mind

  1. I did skim through your series. I am new with oils.
The only testing was smell, diffusing, and topical.
I purchased Now brand, Aroma Land, Mountain Rose,
Edens Garden, and Melaleuca brand. I think the best
way to find the best oils is contact someone in the
    manufacturing of it.

  2. I have tested several oils and came to the conclusion that YL was the best deal. I also noticed doTera doing a lot of mud slinging!

  3. I loved this collection of your best posts 2012 and when I start reading your posts I can never stop! I love your website so no wonder this was one of the most clicked on posts in Healthy Vegan Fridays: I hope to see you again next week. Have a great weekend. Katherine

    • Thanks, Katherine! I found your blog about 2 months ago and need to visit more. Thanks! I missed you all this week. My son handles the link ups and we’ve been a little bogged down :).

  4. I enjoyed many of these posts, but especially the one on sweeteners. This is a great collection of some of your best, Adrienne!

  5. Love the sweetener tips. We are switching to local honey to help with one of our kids’ seasonal allergies. Can really use this guide. Thanks! Stevie @

  6. I love checking out everyone’s “Top Posts” for the year!

  7. Anne Kimball says:

Hi, I’m Anne from Life on the Funny Farm, and I’m visiting from the Homestead Barn Hop.

These posts all look so good! It will be hard to know where to start.

Anyway, thanks for posting this. If you’ve never visited yet, I hope you can pop by my blog sometime to say hi…
