Happy Weekend, Readers!
It’s been a longish week here.
Time to save some money on healthy living items.
You know–our family has come a looong way in the “whole food” department.
I used to get all excited about going and picking up discounted Boboli pizza crusts at the Entenmann’s outlet and would shove them all in our freezer so we could have homemade pizza–to the tune of $.50 per crust!
Those days of processed foods are over. It’s a little harder to save money, but you can if you work at it.
These days, I try to get bulk organic veggies and berries (we hope to pick blueberries next weekend), buy bulk organic chickens, and we are still fighting with our garden. Sigh.
I think the Black Walnut trees have poisoned our tomatoes again.
I think we have to give up on the tomatoes.
Time for some money saving ideas to help me–and you !

Free and Discounted Ebooks
As always, the prices of these books are accurate as of the time of posting – but they may change at any time.
And to save you even more money, you don’t need a Kindle to read these books. Just download Kindle for PC or Mac at Amazon and read on your computer.
These recipes look FABULOUS! Paleo Nachos, Garlic Beef Stew, Cauliflower Rice, Berry Crumble, and even Walnut Brownies – made in your Slow Cooker !
This book isn’t free anymore, but it’s only $2.51, down from $21.99. So it’s still a steal. And well worth the money.
Joni Tada is one of my favorite speakers and authors. She grew up near my hometown and became a paraplegic at the age of 15. She endures her paralysis, almost constant pain and even recently breast cancer–and still manages to be a blessing to so many people.
I highly recommend this book to you whether you are a Christian or not. She has a lot to share with everyone.
Thinking about starting a blog? Or have one but you could use some assistance? This book is full of great info for the beginner–and even for the accomplished blogger.
Vitacost is one of my favorite places to get bargain-basement prices on supplements and heathy foods.
I haven’t talked about them in awhile, but boy–are their prices good.
And if you are already a Vitacost customer, you can support my blog by shopping through this link – I really appreciate it!
All shoppers get Free Shipping over $49.

These are tons of other deals on here but these are the ones that caught my eye.

And finally, you can also get 10% off SUPER YUMMY ALMONDS.
10% off Great Almonds
I know I talk about these almonds all the time, but they really are great. We go through my Homemade Almond Butter like it’s not going to be around ever again, and since we’re talking about going grain free (me and my son) again, I can only assume we’ll be making more. We’ve been enjoying our Just Almonds Non Pareil almonds for about a year now. They’re so much sweeter than most any other almonds we’ve ever tried.
These almonds are steam pasteurized. Most almonds in the US are pasteurized with engine fuel. Ick- huh? Read more in my post, Is There Engine Fuel on Your Almonds?
Get 10% off these superb almonds from my sponsor, Just Almonds, with code WNM.
That’s it for today. See you next week!
