Allergy Free Recipes Welcome back to another week of Allergy Free Wednesdays! A collection of yumminess that’s aimed at making it easier for you to create healthy, allergy-free foods for you and your family. There is no “clear rule” against including processed ingredients in your submission (but we hope you are moving in that direction :-)). So…occasionally you will find some “whole foodie undesirables” in the entries. What to do if you see processed foods and don’t want them?:

Welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW)–a weekly hop where you share your allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.  From gluten-free desserts to vegan recipes and “Top 8 Allergen Free” recipes, we have something for everyone.

Your weekly submissions are shared on 6 blogs. Each hostess will feature a favorite recipe(s) from the week before. Your hostesses are:

Get a load of these fabulous creations.  Which one will you make first?

Glazed Chocolate Stove-Top Donuts (GF & DF) from This House of Joy

Who’d a thunk it? Stove-top donuts?
What am I going to do with my donut maker now?  Sigh.
I’ll be making these with my Egg Replacer.

Note – I have heard of folks w/ celiac having reactions to Dandy Blend so please be careful.

Nutella Cream Pie (GF & V) from Gluten-Free Vegan Love

I’d probably use the crust in this post (Excuse the horrid photo.  I assure you the crust is yummilicious.)
LOVE this recipe.  Chocolate Cream Pie that’s allergy-friendly – wow.
I’d also use a low glycemic sweetener.

Double Chocolate Raspberry Truffles (Paleo) from Real Food Forager

Jill has such fabulous health info on her post.
This week she wows us with this great truffle recipe – yum!
I’d use stevia in the jam recipe.
And my Homemade Coconut Butter (which I think works for the cream.  Sigh – I can’t keep those straight.)

Raw Pepperminty Nutty-Roons from The Tasty Alternative

I’ve had my eye on these since they came in my inbox.
No subs needed here.
Making.  Soon.  Devouring. Immediately.

and Readers’ Favorite

Creamy Chocolate Fudge (grain free & V) from Oatmeal with a Fork

I would use cooked dry beans and make sure to de-gas them.  Or else :(.

Which one is YOUR favorite?

Can’t wait to see what you all have to share!

    Speak Your Mind

  1. Hi Adrienne! I haven’t had much time for blogging lately, but this week I’m sharing a really simple Marinated Slaw that I’ve been enjoying. I hope to get up with you soon, but I hope things are going better for you. Take care and I hope you have a great weekend!

Great picks this week! Those Pepperminty Nutty-Roons look so good!

  2. Thank you so much for featuring my donut recipe! All of the other recipes look delish, too!! Can’t wait to try them 🙂

  3. Thanks for highlighting my pie, ladies! I absolutely love some of the other desserts highlighted too. Those brownies and nutty-roons looks AMAZING, but I think I have to give my “favorite” vote to the raspberry truffles since my husband would love those too 🙂

  4. Hi Adrienne! Thanks for hosting! This week I’m sharing Cashew Cranberry Quinoa Salad with Maple Citrus Dressing. I hope you have a wonderful Easter!
