A collection of yumminess that’s aimed at making it easier for you to create healthy, allergy-free foods for you and your family. There is no “clear rule” against including processed ingredients in your submission (but we hope you are moving in that direction :-)). So…occasionally you will find some “whole foodie undesirables” in the entries. What to do if you see processed foods and don’t want them?:

Ultimate Gluten-Free Ice Cream Sandwiches from All Gluten-Free Foods

LOADS of drool-worthy Gluten-free Ice Cream Sandwiches that I am just needing to make – like these Vegan S’Mores Ice Cream Sandwiches from Fork and Beans!
Some have dairy but many don’t.  For those that do, just use my Easiest Coconut Milk, DIY Rice Milk, or Easiest Almond Milk.
And sub in a low carb sweetener if need be.  I’d use my Homemade Marshmallows in these S’More IC Sandwiches – of course.

Chocolate Black Cherry Tart (paleo & V) from Gluten-Free Vegan Love

Drool.  As always.  I would use the applesauce or a fat and a low carb sweetener.  And either a whole grain GF flour for the starches or almond meal for a totally lower carb option.

Nummy.  I’d use a low carb sweetener and my Easiest Coconut Milk for these.  Loads of GREAT recipes.

This looks sooo good!  I can’t wait to try it.  Love that there aren’t any dates in here!  I would use a lower carb sweetener which is tricky, but can be done.  YUM!

These look amazing, but I would need a sub for the dates.  I am thinking sweet potato and extra sweetener and a low carb sweetener for the rest.  MMMMMM!!!
