Raw Donut Holes, Vegan Ice Cream Recipes, Ice Cream Sandwiches, Chocolate Pudding Cake, & Chocolate Cherry Tart

Allergy Free Recipes Welcome back to another week of Allergy Free Wednesdays! A collection of yumminess that’s aimed at making it easier for you to create healthy, allergy-free foods for you and your family. There is no “clear rule” against including processed ingredients in your submission (but we hope you are moving in that direction :-)). So…occasionally you will find some “whole foodie undesirables” in the entries. What to do if you see processed foods and don’t want them?:

Welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW)–a weekly hop where you share your allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.  From gluten-free desserts to vegan recipes and “Top 8 Allergen Free” recipes, we have something for everyone.

Your weekly submissions are shared on 6 blogs. Each hostess will feature a favorite recipe(s) from the week before. Your hostesses are:

Ultimate Gluten-Free Ice Cream Sandwiches from All Gluten-Free Foods

LOADS of drool-worthy Gluten-free Ice Cream Sandwiches that I am just needing to make – like these Vegan S’Mores Ice Cream Sandwiches from Fork and Beans!
Some have dairy but many don’t.  For those that do, just use my Easiest Coconut Milk, DIY Rice Milk, or Easiest Almond Milk.
And sub in a low carb sweetener if need be.  I’d use my Homemade Marshmallows in these S’More IC Sandwiches – of course.

S'More Vegan Ice Cream Sandwiches - they're gluten free too!

Chocolate Black Cherry Tart (paleo & V) from Gluten-Free Vegan Love

Drool.  As always.  I would use the applesauce or a fat and a low carb sweetener.  And either a whole grain GF flour for the starches or almond meal for a totally lower carb option.

Chocolate Black Cherry Tart

32 No Churn Vegan Ice Cream Recipes from The Pretty Bee

Nummy.  I’d use a low carb sweetener and my Easiest Coconut Milk for these.  Loads of GREAT recipes.

No Churn Ice Cream Recipes

Chocolate Pudding Cake with Salted Caramel Sauce for One (paleo & V) from Happy Healthy Holy Home

This looks sooo good!  I can’t wait to try it.  Love that there aren’t any dates in here!  I would use a lower carb sweetener which is tricky, but can be done.  YUM!

Chocolate Pudding Cake

and Readers’ Favorite

Raw Donut Holes from Betty Rawker

These look amazing, but I would need a sub for the dates.  I am thinking sweet potato and extra sweetener and a low carb sweetener for the rest.  MMMMMM!!!
Bye bye Dunkin’ Donuts!

  1. Thanks so much, Adrienne! I’m drooling over all the other desserts!

Sharing two this week, because… well I made two delicious things and couldn’t decide which one to share – the Decadent Chocolate Hazelnut Tapioca Pudding or the Raw Vegan Neapolitan Cake 🙂

  2. Thanks so much for featuring my Ice Cream Sandwich Roundup, Adrienne! The contributors really outdid themselves with all those recipes. There’s something for everyone. 🙂

This week I’ve linked up Peach Upside Down Cake and Key Lime Cheesecake Bars. Both are “guest posts” of sorts and awesome recipes. 😉

Now off to catch up on what I missed last week and take a look at the new links before I head to bed!

  3. Wow. Those are some dangerous features… 😉

  4. Thank you for the feature! My, the cherry tart looks a-mazing! 🙂

  5. Thank you so much for featuring me! I appreciate it! 🙂

  6. I am so honored to have contributed the reader favorite recipe this week! Yeehaw for Raw!

    Thanks so much!!
