There is no “clear rule” against including processed ingredients in your submission (but we hope you are moving in that direction :-)). So…occasionally you will find some “whole foodie undesirables” in the entries. What to do if you see processed foods and don’t want them?:

  2. While summer typically slows down folks’ baking and cooking, I don’t see that evidenced by this roundup! ;-) Yum!   6. Thanks for hosting this link up, I always find so many good recipes here! I am linking up a gluten free and dairy free Lemon Raspberry Pie. It’s my husbands favorite, thankfully, after finding out he isn’t supposed to be eating gluten and dairy, I was able to recreate this recipe from one that is full of those ingredients. :-)
