Raw Chocolate Cake, Pumpkin Cupcakes, Pumpkin Ice Cream, and Autoimmunity & Vaccines

Allergy Free Recipes Welcome back to another week of Allergy Free Wednesdays–

A collection of yumminess that’s aimed at making it easier for you to create healthy, allergy-free recipes for you and your family. There is no “clear rule” against including processed ingredients in your submission (but we hope you are moving in that direction :-)). So…occasionally you will find some “whole foodie undesirables” in the entries.

What to do if you see processed foods and don’t want them?:

Welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW)–a weekly hop where you share your allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.  From gluten-free desserts to vegan recipes and “Top 8 Allergen Free” recipes, we have something for everyone.

Your weekly submissions are shared on 6 blogs. Each hostess will feature a favorite recipe(s) from the week before. Your hostesses are:

Raw Flourless Chocolate Cake (paleo & V) from Gluten-Free Vegan Love

Another gorgeous flourless creation from Audrey.
I’m betting a sweet potato might be a good sub for the dates.  Hope I am right :). My candida won’t let me eat this.
I would use a lower carb sweetener too.

Easy Flourless Chocolate Cake

Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream (paleo & V) from Swirls and Spice

I would use my Easiest Almond Milk or Easiest Coconut Milk for this yummy ice cream!
And again, I would need to sub for the dates.  Stevia and maybe another lower carb sweetener and my Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice.

Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream

Mini Matcha Muffins from Grok Grub

I’m betting an egg substitute would work for these. My Egg Replacer might work using tapioca and arrowroot for the starches.
And I would use a low carb sweetener.

New Research On Vaccines and Autoimmunity from Real Food Forager

I’m convinced vaccines play a role in autoimmunity and in autism.
We need to be aware of what is going on.

Plus who wants aluminum injected into them?  No thanks.
Heavy metals caused a bunch of issues for us.

Pumpkin Cupcakes with Dairy-Free Maple Frosting (grain free) from Simply 123 Allergy-Free

I would use my Easiest Coconut Milk for these – plus a lower carb sweetener and I would try to sub for the eggs.  These look amazing!
But then, I am a HUGE pumpkin fan.

    Speak Your Mind

  1. Chiming in a little late this week, but just wanted to say — Yay! Thanks for featuring my flourless chocolate cake, Adrienne! 🙂

I spy a tasty chocolate tart from Vegan Richa from this week’s submissions already. Looks so good! 😉

  2. Hi

Thank you for hosting, I shared the chocolate cake on FB, it’s beautiful! And thank you for all the other links too!

  3. Thanks for featuring my vaccine article!

  4. That cake is gorgeous! It’s looks so decadent. 🙂

I just submitted some gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan cornbread. I rarely do vegan recipes so was happy when I discovered I didn’t even need the eggs with this recipe!

  5. Thanks for featuring my ice cream recipe! Tessa has a stevia-sweetened version, but I haven’t been getting along well with stevia lately, so I went for dates.
