Welcome back to another week of Allergy Free Wednesdays! A collection of yumminess that’s aimed at making it easier for you to create healthy, allergy-free foods for you and your family. There is no “clear rule” against including processed ingredients in your submission (but we hope you are moving in that direction :-)). So…occasionally you will find some “whole foodie undesirables” in the entries. What to do if you see processed foods and don’t want them?:
- White or brown sugar? Sub in whatever works for you. Get help subbing in my post on Substituting Sweeteners in Baking and Cooking
- Chocolate Chips? Use Homemade Chocolate / Carob Chips

Mint Meltaways with Avocado (Paleo) from Petite Allergy Treats
These are sooo perfect! I loved those Frango Mints when I lived in Chicago.
I’d use my Homemade Chocolate Chips.
Paleo Peppermint Donuts w/ Green Coconut Frosting from The Healthy Maven
If you need, use my DIY Powdered Egg Replacer, or a flax or chia egg. LOVE the matcha for color!

I LOOOOOOVED Shamrock Shakes when I was little. This is perfect!
I’d use either my Easiest Coconut Milk, Easiest Almond, or Rice Milk. Yummo!
or make with my DIY Dairy-Free Mint Chocolate Ice Cream. Easy Peasy.
