Coconut & Avocado Grasshopper Bars from Raia’s Recipes

Woot!  Super neato St. Patrick’s treat without artificial color.
I would just use a low glycemic sweetener.

Homemade “Oreos” (GF & V) from Homemade Dutch Apple Pie

I would try to make these totally whole grain.  And I would use a low glycemic sweetener.

Dark Chocolate Peanut Clusters (SF) from Grass-Fed Recipes

I would use a low glycemic sweetener and a non dairy protein powder instead.
Like healthy Mr. Goodbars :)!  And I would use almonds instead of peanuts.

    I am only a VERY restricvie diet – not only could I eat them – my children LOVED them.
