Allergy Free Recipes Welcome back to another week of Allergy Free Wednesdays! A collection of yumminess that’s aimed at making it easier for you to create healthy, allergy-free foods for you and your family. There is no “clear rule” against including processed ingredients in your submission (but we hope you are moving in that direction :-)). Coconut & Avocado Grasshopper Bars from Raia’s Recipes

Woot!  Super neato St. Patrick’s treat without artificial color.
I would just use a low glycemic sweetener.

Homemade “Oreos” (GF & V) from Homemade Dutch Apple Pie

I would try to make these totally whole grain.  And I would use a low glycemic sweetener.

Dark Chocolate Peanut Clusters (SF) from Grass-Fed Recipes

I would use a low glycemic sweetener and a non dairy protein powder instead.
Like healthy Mr. Goodbars :)!  And I would use almonds instead of peanuts.

Chewy Lemon Cookie Sandwiches (grain free & DF) from Texanerin Baking

AMAZING!!!  I would use a low glycemic sweetener for these.  Can’t wait!
