Allergy Free Recipes Welcome back to another week of Allergy Free Wednesdays! A collection of yumminess that’s aimed at making it easier for you to create healthy, allergy-free foods for you and your family. So…occasionally you will find some “whole foodie undesirables” in the entries. What to do if you see processed foods and don’t want them?:

Welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW)–a weekly hop where you share your allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.  From gluten-free desserts to vegan recipes and “Top 8 Allergen Free” recipes, we have something for everyone.

Get a load of these fabulous creations.  Which one will you make first?

Blueberry Cheesecake Tart (GF & V) from Gluten-Free Vegan Love

I would use macadamias since my son is allergic to cashews.
And a low glycemic sweetener. Wowee!

Healthier Scalloped Potatoes (DF) from Tessa the Domestic Diva

My boys have never had scalloped potatoes.  Now they can!  Thanks Tessa!

Triple Berry Galette (GF) from Petite Allergy Treats

I would use a low glycemic sweetener here.  What a gorgeous recipe!

Strawberry Creme Truffles from Homespun with Love

Use my Homemade Coconut Butter, Homemade Chocolate Chips, and Easiest Almond Milk for these.  Can’t wait!

and Readers’ Favorite

Grain-Free Tortillas (V) from Allergy-Free Alaska

NO need for subs.  You could try to make these all whole grain.  Might still work!

Which one is YOUR favorite?

Can’t wait to see what you all have to share!

  1. Hey Adrienne, thanks so much for sharing my tart recipe. I think it’ll work great with macadamia nuts! I also have a friend on a low-glycemic diet who uses my recipes sometimes. What she does is put half or a third the amount of the liquid sweetener and the rest water + some stevia. She says it works great. I’ve never tried it and I’m not a huge fan of stevia, but she swears by this method, so I just wanted to share it in case it’s useful for others.

  2. I hope they love them Adrienne! We certainly do! Thanks for sharing with your readers!

  3. Hi Adrienne! Thanks for hosting! This week I’m sharing my Supreme Cinnamon Swirl Cake.
I hope you have a great week!
