Allergy Free Recipes Welcome back to another week of Allergy Free Wednesdays! A collection of yumminess that is aimed at making it easier for you to create healthy, allergy free foods for you and your family. There is no “clear rule” against including processed ingredients in your submission (but we hope you are moving in that direction :-)). So…occasionally you will find some “whole foodie undesirables” in the entries. What to do if you see processed foods and don’t want them?:

Welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW)–a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies. Your weekly submissions are shared on 7 blogs! Additionally, each hostess will feature a favorite recipe(s) from the week before. Your hostesses are:

My Favorites from Last Week (with substitution ideas)~

This is another week that just had so many great posts that we had a really hard time choosing. It was even tough to narrow it down to 4. Head on over to the link up and check out all the wonderful submissions.

Grain & Peanut-Free Tagalong Cookies (SF & V) from Sift, Stir, & Savour
This is a new favorite blog for me. I would have to sub a more candida-diet-friendly sweetener for the coconut sugar, my Homemade Almond Butter and DIY Liquid Stevia.  These look great!
My mom was Cookie Mom one year when I was in Girl Scouts.  Big mistake :).

Tagalong Cookies

Cajun Chicken Beans and Rice from Skinny GF Chef
No need for subs here—this looks great! But make sure you read How to De-Gas Beans first!

Cajun Chicken Beans

Vegan Pudla (Omelette Thingy) from Vedged Out
Love omelettes but can’t have eggs? This looks amazing! My son can’t wait for me to try this! Please de-gas your beans first, though.

Vegan Omelette

Grain-Free BBQ Cracker Chips (DF) from Laura’s Gluten-Free Pantry
I would try my Powdered Egg Replacer in these. Can’t wait to try them!

BBQ Crackers

and Readers’ Favorite

Easy as Can Be Coconut Pie (GF & SF) from A Cozy Place Called Home
I don’t know if my Powdered Egg Replacer would work in this but I would love to try. And maybe my Homemade Truvia for the sweetener.

Easy Coconut Pie

I can’t wait to see what you all have this week!

  1. Adrienne, you are such a sweetie pie. Thanks so much for featuring my Cajun Chicken Red Beans and Rice this week! You didn’t tell me you were doing that! I’m always telling everyone on Facebook how incredible your site is and I loved your recent post with the recipe for egg substitute. I can’t wait to mix up a big batch. Big hugs, Ali

    • Oh…you’re the sweetie pie. Really. We made your beans the other night and everyone loved it. But I cheated and did it in a pan b/c I had rice cooked already. I have to write about it. Didn’t you get the pingback from my site?
