Allergy Free Recipes Welcome back to another week of Allergy Free Wednesdays! A collection of yumminess that’s aimed at making it easier for you to create healthy, allergy-free foods for you and your family. There is no “clear rule” against including processed ingredients in your submission (but we hope you are moving in that direction :-)). Welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW)–a weekly hop where you share your allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.  From gluten-free desserts to vegan recipes and “Top 8 Allergen Free” recipes, we have something for everyone.

Your weekly submissions are shared on 6 blogs. Each hostess will feature a favorite recipe(s) from the week before. Your hostesses are:

Chocolate Cookie Dough Candy Bars (nut free & V) from Oatmeal with a Fork

I would use my Easiest Almond Milk, Easiest Coconut Milk, or Homemade Rice Milk and a low carb sweetener. YUM!

Chocolate Cookie Dough Candy Bars

Baked Chocolate Ravioli (paleo) from Predominantly Paleo

What an AMAZING recipe!  Chocolate Ravioli is one thing.  But paleo too?  Wow!
I would use a lower carb sweetener and my Homemade Chocolate Chips.  How about my White Chocolate Chips for Paleo White Chocolate Ravioli :)?

Baked Chocolate Ravioli

Easy Homemade Fudgy Brownies (paleo & V) from The Real Food Guide

Drooling over these yummola brownies!!!
I’d use my Homemade Chocolate Chips and a lower carb sweetener.  (you’ve got it down by now, right :)?)

Fudgy Brownies

Spruce Tip Ice Cream (DF) & Spruce Tip Salt & Honey from Almost Bananas

Isn’t this fascinating?  Go out and grab the fixins for your Homemade Ice Cream from the forest and make some Spruce Tip Salt and Spruce Honey while you’re at it.
What a fabulous legacy Naomi’s mom left her!  I’ll use my Easiest Coconut Milk for this.  And soon!

Spruce Tip Ice Cream
