Allergy Free Recipes Welcome back to another week of Allergy Free Wednesdays! A collection of yumminess that’s aimed at making it easier for you to create healthy, allergy-free foods for you and your family. So…occasionally you will find some “whole foodie undesirables” in the entries. What to do if you see processed foods and don’t want them?:

Welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW)–a weekly hop where you share your allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.

Your weekly submissions are shared on 6 blogs. Each hostess will feature a favorite recipe(s) from the week before. Your hostesses are:

This week is so much fun!  So many fantabulous chocolate mint recipes.  I LOVE chocolate mint.  I could eat it all day long (I think!)
Get a load of these fabulous creations.  Which one will you make first?

Baked Blooming Onion (GF & V) from Petite Allergy Treats

I LOVE this!  I would use a completely whole grain mix.
Or maybe not. I’m rethinking this a little, but I do try to do that most of the time :).

a

Avocado Cream (Sour Cream Substitute) from Worth Cooking

I LOVE sour cream, but am off of dairy now.  This is GREAT!

c

Sneaky Chocolate Peanut Butter Muffins from Gluten-Free Easily

I’d for sure use my Powdered Egg Replacer or a flax egg.  You’ll love the uber healthy ingredients in these muffins!

d

Chocolatey Avocado Chickpea Cookies (grain free & V) from Sandi’s Allergy-Free Recipes

Ooooh – nice grain-free cookies.  And Sandi says that they taste like those Two Bite Brownies.  Yes!
I would use my Homemade Chocolate Chips.  Can’t wait to try these!

Corn (-less) Tortillas (GF & corn free) from Creating Silver Linings

This is a super fun recipe.  I’d use a lower glycemic sweetener.
