Welcome back to another week of Allergy Free Wednesdays! A collection of yumminess that’s aimed at making it easier for you to create healthy, allergy-free foods for you and your family. There is no “clear rule” against including processed ingredients in your submission (but we hope you are moving in that direction :-)). So…occasionally you will find some “whole foodie undesirables” in the entries. What to do if you see processed foods and don’t want them?:
- White or brown sugar? Sub in whatever works for you. Get help subbing in my post on Substituting Sweeteners in Baking and Cooking
- Chocolate Chips? Use Homemade Chocolate / Carob Chips

I LOVE this! I would use a completely whole grain mix.
Or maybe not. I’m rethinking this a little, but I do try to do that most of the time :).

I LOVE sour cream, but am off of dairy now. This is GREAT!
Sneaky Chocolate Peanut Butter Muffins from Gluten-Free Easily
I’d for sure use my Powdered Egg Replacer or a flax egg. You’ll love the uber healthy ingredients in these muffins!
Chocolatey Avocado Chickpea Cookies (grain free & V) from Sandi’s Allergy-Free Recipes
Ooooh – nice grain-free cookies. And Sandi says that they taste like those Two Bite Brownies. Yes!
I would use my Homemade Chocolate Chips. Can’t wait to try these!
