Allergy Free RecipesWelcome back to another week of Allergy Free Wednesdays! A collection of yumminess that is aimed at making it easier for you to create healthy, allergy free foods for you and your family. There is no “clear rule” against including processed ingredients in your submission (but we hope you are moving in that direction :-)). So…occasionally you will find some “whole foodie undesirables” in the entries. What to do if you see processed foods and don’t want them?:

Welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW)–a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies. Your weekly submissions are shared on 6 blogs! Additionally, each hostess will feature a favorite recipe(s) from the week before. Your hostesses are:

BBQ Chicken Pizza (Grain Free w/ DF option) from Made to Glow

I’ve always had a real “thing” for BBQ Chicken Pizza.  I would use either a flax egg or my Egg Replacer in the crust and the BBQ Sauce from this recipe.  Personally I don’t care for Daiya since it has titanium dioxide in it so I would either eat this w/o the cheese or try this yummy Garlic and Chive DF Cheese on top :)!)

Raw Chocolate Tarts from Good Girl Gone Green

Ummm–yum!!!  I would use a low glycemic sweetener.  And if need be, you could sub carob for the cocoa.

Grain-Free Pumpkin Cupcakes with Cinnamon Icing (V) from The Veggie Nook

Recently I’ve had to go grain-free and egg free.   Sigh.  Not sure how long this is going to be for, but I will share soon why and what the results were (I hope).  So you can understand why this recipe jumped out at me—-can’t wait to try these!  I would use a low glycemic sweetener and Homemade Almond Butter for these.

Grain-Free Pumpkin Cupcakes

Chocolate Chip Cookies (grain and egg free) from Gutsy

I don’t know if I would rather eat the cookies or the dough.  Maybe both – since there aren’t any eggs in the dough:)!  I would use my Homemade Chocolate / Carob Chips and a low glycemic sweetener.  Mmmmmmm.

Best Gluten-Free Flaky Pie Crust Recipe from Allergy-Free Alaska

Looks wonderful!  I would try to make this all whole grain (’cause that’s how I do things), and I for sure won’t be eating one of these soon on my new grain free diet, but it looks wondahful!

I can’t wait to see what you all have this week!
