Allergy Free Recipes Welcome back to another week of Allergy Free Wednesdays! A collection of yumminess that’s aimed at making it easier for you to create healthy, allergy-free foods for you and your family.

There is no “clear rule” against including processed ingredients in your submission (but we hope you are moving in that direction :-)). So…occasionally you will find some “whole foodie undesirables” in the entries. What to do if you see processed foods and don’t want them?:

And stevia and maybe a little liquid since I’m subbing.

I just thought these were so much fun!  I know the 4th is over but I am making these very soon. I’ll use a low carb sweetener.
They remind me of this Coconut Panna Cotta.

I’ve been planning to make something almost identical to this for weeks.  I think it’s meant to be.
I’d use my Easiest Coconut Milk and I would try to get by with Homemade Coconut Butter somehow.

Simple and apparently super addictive. I’ve even got this kind of coconut sitting in our basement fridge.

Yippee!  I’ll use stevia on these.

These look sooo good, but subbing for the dates would be tough. I’m thinking sweet potato and extra sweetener.

  1. Adrienne, I love all the highlights. Some I’d seen already, but some I’d missed so I appreciate you pointing them out. 🙂 This week I’ve linked up my banana-based flavored milks. There’s no need at all for those ready-made flavored milks with the questionable ingredients. I also shared the Top 20 desserts from All Gluten-Free Desserts last month.     Thanks so much for featuring my Coconut Flake Chips this week on AFW! Regarding using an egg substitute for my cupcakes last week I did not make them using one of the egg sub possibilities, I used eggs. Lastly, to subscribe to my blog there is a box under the “about me” on the right sidebar to sign up.     • Hi Phyllis. Love the flakes! I was asking b/c I think using a sub won’t work w/ coconut flour. I have heard it won’t. Have you ever tried it? Your subscription option doesn’t appear to have an email sign up which is much nicer than a reader so that’s what I was looking for. Well, I really don’t need a more cluttered inbox but I am not in the habit of using a reader. Take good care and let me know.
