No Bake Summer Treats & Homemade “Jello”

Homemade Jello

It’s been really hot where I live.

You too?

Now, I love baking, but I really do not care for turning on the oven in 90+ degree temperatures, especially after seeing last month’s air conditioning bill.

So when my kids start asking for homemade, whole food treats in the summertime, I start thinking about what I can make that doesn’t call for an oven.

Come on over to The Nourishing Gourmet where I share some of our family’s favorite no-bake treats, and also a great recipe for Homemade “Jello”.

It’s super simple and refreshing – and you will save a TON of money.

My kids love it — in fact, they just asked me to make it again yesterday.

I love Kimi’s site at The Nourishing Gourmet.  Stay and look around while you are there.  I am sure you will find it to be a great place to visit again.

And I’d love to hear, either here, or at The Nourishing Gourmet, …

Do you have a favorite no bake treat?.  :-).
