  2. So excited to link up! It is so nice to receive your allergy free posts weekly. Dairy is a no-no in our house so on top of candida elimination it can be tricky but the recipes shared help out and spark some creativity!

    Hi Adrienne, I have followed your web site for ages and enjoy the recipes you share. An all time favorite dish was made with potatoes, garbanzo beans, maybe red peppers all in a creamy tomato curry sauce. I lost the recipe and wish to cook a pot of that up for company arriving soon. Do you know what dish I am talking about? Can you send me the recipe? Thanks a bunch and keep the wonderful information coming. Sharon

  9. I lost the email that contained several recipes that were allergy free cupcakes, one was pumpkin and I think one was maple. If you recall these would you be able to email me that particular post? Thank you for you help.
