Health Food | Whole Food
Do you struggle sometimes with eating the wrong things ? Or just eating too much?

I struggle with this all.the.time.  Think just because I have a whole foods blog that it is always easy for me to make the right choices?

Think again.

Anyone else out there like this?  I’ve never understood those women who say, “I just don’t remember to eat sometimes.  I’m too busy taking care of my kids!”

I basically want to eat healthy, but I need all of the help and motivation that I can get.

Join me today over at The Better Mom where I will hopefully give you some motivation to either make some healthier eating choices, or keep on making the good choices that you have already put in place.

You’ll learn a bit about me and you’ll see why I was so convicted when I started writing this post…

See you there :-)!

  1. Stopping over from the Friday Fitness blog hop. Glad to have found your blog as my family has switched to 99% organic (would be 100% if I could find everything I need) over the last couple of months. I love finding other people who are health-minded.

    I’m a new follower now!

  2. I read your post and those are 5 wonderful reasons! I found you from Fitness Friday and I would love if you checked out my blog and linked up to my Trim Down Thursdays post: http://www.copingwithfrugality.com/2011/09/trim-down-thursdays-exercise-you-love.html

  3. Great to find your blog! I think there are few people who are perfect eaters. For me, I struggle with portion size. I always say, “It takes a lot of energy to be me.” But really, I have to stay active to keep the fat away. I love good food!

  4. I also stopped over from the fitness blog hop. My hardest thing to do is eat clean!!! I don’t have a problem getting the workouts done. But if I don’t have a meal planned I usually go for something unhealthy. I will be visiting to see some of your choices. Thank you!!!

    • Welcome!

Go at your own pace. I just still struggle with eating too much. And speaking of workouts – I am not doing heavy duty ones anymore, but I have to go do something on the exercise bike right now – off I go :-)!

  5. I will stop over after typing this:-)

  6. Those are great reasons! :) Just found your blog recently and I love it!

  7. Nice post, thanks for sharing with Hearth and soul blog hop. Appreciate if you put a worded or picture link to that blog hop.

  8. Hey Adrienne, I always love what you have to say! I want to read the book Made to Crave: Satisfying Your Deepest Desire with God, Not Food By Lysa TerKeurst, seems like something I struggle with also and many many women! I desire to crave God in the way that I crave foods, especially sweets!

  9. Awesome reasons. The post was written clearly. #5 made me think — and I think it will help me change a few things about our diet.

    Blessings,
    Pamela

  10. Love your blog….there are just so many good reasons to eat this way….keep up the good work….found you from Thursday hop….following all over…..come visit me

  11. I would never, ever forget to eat. Wouldn’t happen. I do know that I eat way too much when I am tired though it never gives me the energy I’m looking for when I do that. I too struggle with making good decisions but lately I’m winning that battle. Let’s hope I can keep it up!

  12. If I forgot to eat my body would quickly remind me!! We eat organic, non-GMO, vegeterian and try to eat local foods. But I could still eat better. Great tips!

  13. Always good information to be found when I visit here! Thanks for sharing with the Hearth and Soul.
