If so, you know how hard it can be to travel.

Stopping at fast food places, eating at restaurants, and the like can be very difficult.

    recently my son was diagnoses with severe allergies, and it has been a nightmare because he is allergic to wheat, corn, grains, dairy, soy, eggs, meet, poultry, the only animal protein he can eat is, trout, snapper and lamb.
    Breakfast and snaks are the worst,
    Do you have breads and cakes recipes that might use?
