Paleo Toffee Caramels, Grain-Free Granola Bars, Primal Addictive Brownies, & More!

Allergy Free Recipes Welcome back to another week of Allergy Free Wednesdays! A collection of yumminess that is aimed at making it easier for you to create healthy, allergy free foods for you and your family. There is no “clear rule” against including processed ingredients in your submission (but we hope you are moving in that direction :-) ). So…occasionally you will find some “whole foodie undesirables” in the entries. What to do if you see processed foods and don’t want them?:

So—-welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW). AFW is a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies. Your weekly submissions will be shared on 7 blogs! Additionally, eachhostess will feature a favorite recipe(s) from the week before. Please visit each blog to see their features! Your hostesses are:

Wondering What You Can Link Up on Allergy Free Wednesday?

Basically anything that is fitting for an allergy free diet in some way (we’re not that strict).
Every week I write my own substutions for the week’d favorites to help you along a bit.
For the complete rules, click here.
Here goes – starting off with my favorites–and you should check out the other hostesses’ posts to see if you were featured there!

My Favorites from Last Week (with substitution ideas)~

Paleo Toffee Caramels from Tessa the Domestic Diva
I featured these on my Facebook page this past week and well, have to make them soon!
I’d be using a completely candida-friendly sweetener and  my own DIY Chocolate / Carob Chips for these!!

Dairy-Free Toffee

Grain-Free Granola Bars from Whole Lifestyle Nutrition
YUM! again.  Just sub in the nuts you can use.  I’d be using our unsweetened cranberries (that I need to order more of) and candida-friendly sweetener.  And my Easiest Coconut Milk of course!

Grain-Free Granola Bars

and finally,

Chicken Pot Crumble Pie from Coconut Mama
I think we’ll make this this week!  I’d be using again, a candida-friendly sweetener, my Easiest Almond Milk, my Homemade Egg Replacer and my mustard substitute that I referred to in my Our Favorite Salad Dressing post.

Grain- FreeChicken Pot Pie

and Readers’ Favorite

Primal Addictive Brownies from Writing in White

This looks like it’s worth trying, but I’d need a TON of subs here.   Maybe sweet potato and chia for the fruits in the crust? And  my DIY Nut Butter and Homemade Chocolate Chips. I’m not sure I can pull this one off but I might just have to try :-) !

Grain-Free Brownies

I can’t wait to see what you all have this week!

Thanks for hosting today. Today I am sharing my end of summer chili recipe, a healthier corn bread and why it is healthier and how I got this farm raised breakfast on the table in less than 5 minutes. Have a great week!
