Allergy Free Recipes Welcome back to another week of Allergy Free Wednesdays! A collection of yumminess that is aimed at making it easier for you to create healthy, allergy free foods for you and your family. There is no “clear rule” against including processed ingredients in your submission (but we hope you are moving in that direction :-)). So…occasionally you will find some “whole foodie undesirables” in the entries. What to do if you see processed foods and don’t want them?:

My Favorites from Last Week (with substitution ideas)~

Veggie Curry Zucchini Pasta from Gluten-Free Happy Tummy
I’d be using my Homemade Coconut Milk and Homemade Vanilla Liquid Stevia (without the vanilla).  And I’d sub in another nut for the cashews.

Grain-Free Pasta

Grain-Free ‘Cereal’ Breakfast Bars from Against all Grain
I’d be subbing in an egg substitute like my Egg Replacer, and I’d probably use a homemade preserve with a candida friendly sweetener like stevia.  And I’d sub in for the honey as well.  See Substituting Sweeteners for Cooking and Baking for tips.

DF & GF Creamy Turmeric Vegetable Noodles from Sweet Roots
I’d use Homemade Almond Butter or another butter and my Homemade Coconut Milk.  See a theme here?  Zucchini noodles galore :-)!

I’d sub a different nut in and since we’re not eating dates (too much sugar), I’d try sweet potato puree or pumpkin and extra sweetener.

These just look wonderful!  I’d be using my Homemade Chocolate Chips for sure!!!

These look amazing.  Not sure they’d work but I’d try to sub a whole grain flour for the arrowroot and I’d use my Homemade Egg Replacer.
